Florida Democrat Doubles Down on Sending Her Opponent to Jail

Last week, Angie Nixon said she wanted to lock up her opponent.
She was then offered a chance to amend her statement on CBS Face the Nation.
This stems from a grand jury ruling that said funds were misappropriated, but no one was named as responsible. An appeals court then looked at the case and struck down the grand jury report.
This means there’s already been an investigation. There’s already been a legal ruling. Gov. DeSantis said the whole thing was an obvious hoax.
But Nixon says Republicans are guilty and AG Ashley Moody needs to go to prison because she allegedly “knew” about the scandal that turned out to be a non-scandal with no legal wrongdoing. Nixon claims this non-scandal will cause kids to die.
Even CBS’s Margaret Brennan was completely shocked and taken aback by her answer.
