    I deal with environmental agencies daily. Imagine my shock earlier this year when we got a letter from EPA telling us we no longer had to copy the EPA regional office with most of the (stupid) reports that have been delegated to the state. (We send out over 100 reports per year to environmental agencies – in one state!) It means that I don’t have to kill as many trees or make FedEx more profitable, but it also means that useless reports that nobody reads are no longer being funneled off to a warehouse.
