The European Parliament will next week take a major step towards deciding whether Italian MEP Ilaria Salis should face trial in Hungary for her alleged role in a series of violent Antifa-linked attacks in Budapest.

Salis, 41, was arrested and imprisoned in Hungary in 2023 for participating in a series of attacks organised by the Hammerbande (Hammer Gang), a German left-wing militant group linked to Antifa. The members of the group surrounded and bludgeoned nine innocent people—who the attackers decided “looked like” neo-Nazis based on their choice of clothing—with telescopic batons and hammers on the streets of Budapest.

One 61-year-old security guard was left with a fractured skull and lasting facial paralysis.

The Taliban has removed books written by women from Afghan universities and banned the teaching of human rights, sexual harassment, and 18 other subjects—citing conflicts with Sharia law.

About 140 female-authored books were among 680 deemed “of concern.” The decree continues the Taliban’s restrictions since regaining power four years ago.

Women and girls are hit hardest, barred from education beyond sixth grade—with even midwifery courses closed in 2024.

Nevertheless the Taliban claims it respects women’s rights under its interpretation of Afghan law and culture.

The Dallas Area Not-So-Rapid Transit (DART) system is facing “an uncertain future” due to “a suburban funding standoff,” reports Bloomberg. The article begins describing the plight of Bianca Smith, a low-income, transit-dependent person whose commute takes 90 minutes each way and who fears that service cuts will make it impossible to reach her job and leave her homeless because she won’t be able to pay her rent.

Fembot ‘journalism’ – start with a tear-jerking anecdote and then try to make it serve as universal data to support the point you intended to push all along. Women don’t care about facts; they only care about feelings. And male ‘journalists’ have had that attitude beaten into them since childhood.

This sob story is Bloomberg’s introduction to a debate between transit advocates, who claim to care about low-income people, and relatively wealthy suburbanites, who don’t want to keep paying so much for transit services they don’t use. Left unanswered are important questions such as: Why is Dallas’ transit system so crummy that it takes Bianca Smith 90 minutes to get to her job? How many people are there like Bianca Smith? Could there be a more cost-effective way of helping these people other than throwing money at a transit system that seems to be failing?

That’s because DART is a jobs program for Fashionable Minorities, not an actual business. I challenge you to find a white bus driver on any DART bus.

Between 1995 and 2014, Dallas spent $8.4 billion (in today’s dollars) building more than 90 miles of light rail. In doing so, it cut transit’s share of commuting almost in half, from 2.8 percent in 1990 to 1.5 percent in 2019. This is because light rail, which is obsolete in any American city, is particularly unsuited to a low-density, post-war urban area such as Dallas where both jobs and people are finely spread out through the region.

Israel shut the sole gateway between the Israeli-occupied West Bank and Jordan on Friday, a day after a driver bringing humanitarian aid from Jordan for Gaza opened fire and killed two Israeli military personnel there.

The Israeli Airports Authority, which operates the Allenby Bridge crossing, announced that it would be closed until further notice.

The two crossings between Israel itself and Jordan were also affected, with the Jordan River crossing in the north shut and the Rabin crossing in the south remaining open only for workers.

Hungary will replicate a policy announced Thursday by President Donald Trump and designate antifa a terrorist organization, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said on Friday.

Antifa, short for “anti-fascist,” is an umbrella term for loosely affiliated far-left-activists and groups that resist fascism, fascists, and neo-Nazis, especially at demonstrations. It resembles more an ideology than an organization, though some have embraced militant tactics.

Orbán, a right-wing populist and strong Trump ally, said in comments to state radio on Friday that he was “pleased” by Trump’s announcement that he plans to designate antifa as a “major terrorist organization” in the United States.

Spanish police have arrested 19 illegal immigrants on suspicion of abusing, torturing and killing 50 of their fellow passengers on a boat as they crossed the Atlantic Ocean from Africa to the Canary Islands.

Remix News reported on the brutal torture and murders earlier this month, but now, it appears the police have narrowed their investigation to at least 19 suspects.

The Spanish coast guard said they rescued the remaining passengers on the 20-meter boat, which had drifted some 400 kilometers from the coast, on Aug. 24.

In his superb article, Sami carefully explains how he arrives at his painful conclusion:

You see there is a truth that we (in the mental-health business) hope no one will notice – we literally don’t know what we are talking about when it comes to mental health.

An obvious problem is that all definitions of psychiatric disorders are subjective. They are not objective facts such as a broken bone is. This means they can be expanded in a myriad of ways to capture a kaleidoscope of distress, alienation, and dissatisfaction, and that psychiatric diagnoses are consumer brands, not medical diseases.

In medicine, a diagnosis is aimed at determining which disease explains a person’s symptoms and signs, which enables effective matching of a treatment to address specific disease processes.

This is not the case in psychiatry. And all psychiatric drugs have nonspecific effects that are not directed against some cause of a disease. Their effects are similar to those of alcohol, narcotics, and other brain-active substances. 

Psychiatry, like astrology or numerology, is a pseudo-science. Actually, you could say that “economics” is equally a pseudo-science. Real Science is characterized by two things: (1) Measurement and (2) The ability to make reliable predictions. Pseud0-sciences use measurement to bolster their claims, but none of them can make reliable predictions.

Boston Black Lives Matter activist Monica Cannon-Grant is expected to plead guilty to federal fraud charges stemming from allegations that she and her late husband defrauded donors out of more than $1 million in grants and donations to fund their lavish lifestyle, according to multiple reports.

The Boston Herald reported Thursday that Cannon-Grant, who was honored as ”Bostonian of the Year” in 2020, is set to plead guilty to all 18 charges, including mail and wire fraud. She filed a motion for a change-of-plea hearing last week.

Her trial was scheduled to begin in U.S. District Court in Boston on Oct. 14.

A former Columbia University student accused of concealing ties to pro-Palestinian groups and leading violent campus protests has been ordered deported by a Louisiana immigration judge, sparking a political clash between the Trump administration and its critics, Blaze Media reported.

Mahmoud Khalil, a Syrian-born Algerian citizen who entered the United States on a student visa in 2022, was denied a waiver to remain in the country after Immigration Judge Jamee Comans ruled he had misrepresented facts on his immigration application.

“Mr. Khalil willfully misrepresented material facts for the sole purpose of circumventing the immigration process and reducing the likelihood his applications could be denied,” Comans wrote. “This Court cannot and will not condone such an action by granting a discretionary waiver.”

Test scores for America’s grade schools continue to show a dismal decline in basic reading and math skills, but four red states that were once seen as laggards are now bucking the nationwide trend.

According to the 2024 assessment by the National Assessment of Educational Progress, 12th graders tested in reading and math have shown a continuing decline since 1992. This report follows a 2020 study by the Department of Education that found that 54% of U.S. adults—130 million people—read at or below a sixth-grade level.

This year, 19-year-old Aleysha Ortiz sued the Hartford Board of Education, charging that, although she graduated with honors from Hartford Public High School in 2024, she cannot read or write. And Ivy League schools like Harvard, Columbia, and Princeton are reportedly no longer assigning whole books to students because reading an entire book is too difficult.

Going against this grim trend, however, Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, and Tennessee have achieved consistent improvement in their kids’ scores. Education experts say much of this is about getting back to basics in how these subjects are taught, while maintaining tough standards for students and teachers.

Several characters on Thursday’s CNN This Morning show would have you believe there wasn’t easy way to define Antifa, a left-wing extremist group President Trump recently promised to designate as a terrorist organization. This contradicted to previous CNN coverage of Antifa, which formally recognized the group and provided no doubt as to who they were and their intentions.

CNN host Audie Cornish set the stage for the table discussion by ascribing the militant left group an ambiguous connotation: “Antifa, though, I’ve just been hearing about for years, this kind of amorphous concept.”

Cornish, who’s been working in journalism for over two decades, should know better. If she could be given the benefit of the doubt, her opener could be interpreted as voicing a question the silent audience might have been asking behind the camera. But that’s not what was going on.

For decades, New York City prided itself on being the financial capital of the world. It’s a place where money, culture, and power converge. And yet, as has been seen in San Francisco, Chicago, and other locations around the United States, New York is experiencing a steady exodus of millionaires and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. While some observers dismiss this as anecdotal or exaggerated, the facts paint a different picture: one with serious implications for the city’s fiscal health, social fabric, and attractiveness.

It is easy to forget that New York’s gleaming infrastructure, vast public services, and social programs are underwritten disproportionately by a tiny number of residents. Fewer than one percent of taxpayers account for more than 40 percent of all income tax revenue collected in the state, and a similar share in the city. Without those individuals, the ability of millions of ordinary New Yorkers to enjoy subsidized transit, robust public safety services, and cultural investments would collapse. In other words, and despite endless egalitarian rhetoric, the lifestyle of the masses is silently carried on the shoulders of the few.

The scale of the loss is becoming visible. Between 2019 and 2020, the number of New Yorkers earning between $150,000 and $750,000 fell by nearly six percent, while the number of true high earners—those making over $750,000—dropped by nearly 10 percent, according to the city’s Independent Budget Office. This erosion matters because the city’s top one percent—about 41,000 filers—pay more than 40 percent of all income taxes. The top 10 percent pay about two-thirds. Which means the remaining 90 percent of taxpayers contribute only about one-third of the city’s income tax revenue. When even a small share of these high earners disappears, the impact is seismic.

Recent migration trends confirm the damage. More than 125,000 New Yorkers have fled to Florida in just the past few years, carrying nearly $14 billion worth of income with them, according to the Citizens Budget Commission. About a third of those movers—more than 41,000 people—went to Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties between 2018 and 2022. Those escapes alone stripped New York City of an estimated $10 billion in adjusted gross income. When money and mobility align, no amount of political rhetoric can stop people from voting with their feet.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) declared on-camera when Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox News – but, Democrats are singing a different tune now that one of their own has been suspended indefinitely for comments regarding the assassination of conservative Charlie Kirk.

“Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. Couldn’t have happened to a better guy,” Rep. Ocasio-Cortez cheered in a social media video in 2023, in which she cited Carlson’s firing as an example of the “good things” that can happen when others are silenced:

The New York Democrat also claimed Carlson was responsible for driving “death threats” against her and others across the country. She also compared him to a Marvel movie villain, saying she feared he would eventually “reemerge.”

Spanish police have launched a murder investigation after survivors reported that dozens of migrants were killed during a deadly Atlantic crossing from Africa, with the alleged perpetrators now housed in reception centers in the Canary Islands.

According to witness testimony, between 20 and 30 young sub-Saharan men aboard a migrant boat carrying 320 people from the West African coast conspired to kill fellow passengers during the 15-day voyage.

Seventy-two migrants were accused of witchcraft, murdered in cold blood, and their bodies thrown overboard before the vessel arrived in the Canary Islands on Aug. 25, according to an OKdiario report.

A total of 248 migrants survived the journey and are now residing on the Spanish archipelago.

Judicial sources said the killings began after disputes over food and water supplies. When theft accusations failed to justify attacks, the suspects turned to witchcraft allegations as grounds to kill. Survivors told police that groups of young men carried out the murders in an attempt to assert control and preserve resources.

The National Police are now working to identify all of the suspects, who are believed to be spread across shelters on the islands.

The White House opened the week by declaring war on the radical left and its dark-money NGO network in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s political assassination. President Trump and senior officials are zeroing in on George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) empire, which they say has sown years of chaos nationwide, with Trump even hinting at potential RICO charges.

A new report from Capital Research Center (CRC), a think tank tracking foundations, charities, and other nonprofits, has revealed OSF – now run by George’s ultra-leftist, radical son, Alexander – has funneled over $80 million into groups linked to terrorism or extremist violence.

CRC investigative researcher Ryan Mauro published the bombshell report titled “Soros’ Open Society gave $80 million to pro-terror groups,” and this may be the breakthrough in evidence the Trump team needs to prosecute OSF under RICO.

A new report outlines the financial, operational and personnel ties that the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has maintained with Hamas.

On Wednesday, September 17, Hillel Neuer—Executive Director of UN Watch—declared:

Years of inadequate oversight have allowed Hamas to radicalize an entire generation of Palestinian youth in UNRWA schools in Gaza.

Neuer also criticized what he called UNRWA’s ongoing “infantilization of the Palestinian people,” which deepens political dependency, fuels discontent, and prevents genuine self-government and long-term stability. He emphasized that its current structure undermines the path to lasting peace.

In January, Israel banned the agency from operating in Gaza and the West Bank. Despite the ban, the organization said it is still “trying to support the people of Gaza, but the ongoing Israeli attacks have made this virtually impossible.”

Previously, the UN even argued that UNRWA employees involved in the Hamas-led October 7 pogrom should be immune from prosecution. Despite this, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini believes that the shuttered schools pose the real danger:

Israeli forces have destroyed or damaged a large number of the schools and educational institutions in Gaza.

Meanwhile the European Commission—like Hamas host Qatar—continues to disburse generous financial assistance to Islamist-adjacent causes, including UNRWA.

Early on Thursday morning, a major police operation took place on Berg-am-Laim-Straße in Munich after a violent altercation between two Somali men, aged 24 and 27, escalated.

According to the police, the individuals attacked each other with a ”sharp object”, sustaining moderate to severe injuries. Authorities confirmed that there was no immediate life-threatening danger.

Reports from NIUS indicate that both men are from Somalia. The incident occurred near an industrial area in eastern Munich, close to accommodation for asylum seekers. The motive for the stabbing remains unclear.

Today, we are overwhelmed—and even desensitized—by illogical and nauseating rhetoric about equality at all costs, which fuels a practice whereby criminals are protected while law-abiding citizens are crushed. Simple common sense should suffice to see that the modern penal system in the West is profoundly unjust. It is not justice to sentence someone to decades in prison, because it means forcing citizens—including the victims’ own families—to pay for the criminal’s upkeep with public funds collected through taxation.

The West must relearn that the role of the judiciary is not to redeem the wicked, but to deliver justice to the victims and restore the order disrupted by crime. The purpose of punishment is expiation proportionate to guilt.

When guilt is extreme and undeniable—as in the gratuitous and brutal murder in Charlotte—no form of expiation is adequate except capital punishment. In this, Donald Trump is right. Those who reject this principle are not merciful; they are simply unjust, because they deny victims and their loved ones the recognition of their suffering and deprive society of a necessary barrier against the advance of barbarism.

A clue to what is happening to socialist parties across the West can be found in the choice of Sócrates to lead Portugal’s Socialist Party (PS). Whereas most PMs rise to the position after leading an important ministry or a major city, José Sócrates’s highest office had been that of minister of the environment for all of two years.

How is it that none of the relevant state ministers in previous socialist governments was ready to step into the role of party leader and PM? How is it that an inconsequential environment minister becomes the only alternative available?

The reality is that the most reputed names amongst the socialists chose not to pursue leadership. The very reluctance is the clue to the reason why: socialism was spent. Economically, socialism had been discredited by the communist experiences throughout the world; at times providing real world empirical counterfactuals within the same nation, such as was the case in Korea or Germany. Culturally, the sexual revolution having been won and counter culture reigning supreme, ‘progress’ could only possibly be furthered by delving into more extreme causes. Whether instinctively or fully cognizant, mainstream socialist higher-ups sensed that the future of socialism would have to become increasingly extremist and populist, by necessity.

Well, the Progressives have their own bastardized version of the Creed since their occult like movement took off. You’ve probably seen it in some fashion or another somewhere. Monday’s PBS News Hour alerted its viewers to a new right-wing threat: Education videos: “Why critics are alarmed about the influence of PragerU’s educational videos,” the online heading read.

Liberal journalists love to describe their fellow liberals as “Critics.” As “critics say conservatives are wrong.” Or sometimes it’s simply “Experts say.”

“Alarmed” is a strong word, a promise that journalist Stephanie Sy’s actual report failed to fulfill. It’s noteworthy that it’s only PragerU’s right-leaning world-view expressed in the educational videos aimed at schoolkids would supposedly trigger “alarm,” not the decades of left-wing propaganda pushed at every level of education in American schools and universities.

An effort to censure Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., over comments about conservative leader Charlie Kirk was defeated Wednesday night when four Republicans joined Democrats to quash the measure.

Republican Reps. Mike Flood of Nebraska, Jeff Hurd of Colorado, Tom McClintock of California, and Cory Mills of Florida joined with Democrats in a 214-213 vote to support a motion to kill a measure by Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., to censure Omar.

I smell a primary in their future.

“Tonight, 210 Democrats and 4 Republicans sold out and chose to protect Ilhan Omar, a woman who mocked the cold-blooded assassination of an innocent American husband and father, who has openly supported ISIS and the Muslim Brotherhood, and who has repeatedly incited political violence,” Mace wrote on X. “They didn’t stand with Charlie Kirk. They didn’t stand with the millions of Americans mourning his death. They stood with the one who mocked his legacy. They showed us exactly who they are, and we won’t forget.”

A major difference between Democrats and Republicans is that Democrats never forget which side they’re on.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced he was designating the anti-fascist movement antifa a “major terrorist organization,” a move that follows last week’s assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk.

Trump posted the declaration on Truth Social while on a state visit to the United Kingdom, hours after attending a state banquet at Windsor Castle.

“I am pleased to inform our many U.S.A. Patriots that I am designating ANTIFA, A SICK, DANGEROUS, RADICAL LEFT DISASTER, AS A MAJOR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION,” Trump wrote, adding that he would “strongly recommend that those funding ANTIFA be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the highest legal standards and practices.”

The Japanese Ministry of Defense has revised the hull classification symbols for Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) vessels effective October 2024. The change adds two new symbols, “CG” and “CVM,” which will be applied to upcoming ship types.

JMSDF vessels are classified into warships that enjoy the status of warships under international law (Self Defense Ship: ??? in Japanese) and other vessels categorized as support ships. The warship category is further divided into escort vessels and auxiliary vessels. Escort vessels are sub-categorized by function into surface/subsurface combatants (destroyers, submarines), mine warfare vessels (minesweepers, minesweeper craft, minesweeper tenders), patrol vessels (missile boats, offshore patrol vessels), and transport vessels (transport ships, landing craft, hovercraft).

The revision this time concerns the classification symbols for escort destroyers, which belong to the surface combatant group. Destroyers are combatant ships in the JMSDF inventory equipped with guns, missiles and other weapons, and possess the capability to engage enemy surface ships, submarines and aircraft. Until now, hull classification symbols have included general-purpose destroyer (DD), guided-missile destroyer (DDG), helicopter destroyer (DDH), as well as smaller coastal escort destroyer (DE) and multi-role frigates (FFM). Last year’s directive added two new symbols: “CG” and “CVM.” Naval News interviewed the JMSDF Office of Public Affairs to clarify what these new codes signify.

This drops the pretense that the new larger ships the Japanese Maritime Defense Force are merely small defensive ships.

A father-of-two has been executed in Iran after being convicted of spying for Israel.

Babak Shahbazi was hanged in prison on Wednesday, according to activists who said he had been tortured into a false confession.

Iran Human Rights, an Oslo-based campaign group, said the 44-year-old was detained after writing a letter on Microsoft Word to Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, offering to fight in the Ukrainian military.

The group said: “Babak’s message to president Zelensky offering to help in the war against Russia was used as an example of espionage for Israel, who they claim taught Babak to use Microsoft Word.”

For one senior radiographer, Samantha*, this is a familiar scenario. “It’s mortifying to repeatedly ask middle-aged men – who at that moment have presented for life-saving treatment and are hooked up to monitors and multiple drips – what their sex is. Or worse, if they could be pregnant.”

In around 20 NHS trusts, all patients aged 12-55 having a scan using ionising radiation around the pelvis are quizzed over their pregnancy status – regardless of gender. One trust questions men as old as 60.

Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show has been pulled following his “offensive” comments about Charlie Kirk’s death.

Disney’s ABC said it would take Jimmy Kimmel Live! off air “indefinitely” after Nexstar Media, one of the biggest owners of television stations in the US, said it would no longer broadcast the show on local stations.

It comes after Kimmel, whose show has been on air for over 22 years, said that a “Maga gang” was trying to score political points from Kirk’s murder.

Taiwan has officially rolled out a new anti-ballistic missile system called Chiang Kung, or Strong Bow, which it says is now in production. For anyone who follows the news it’s impossible to ignore the tide of hatred unleashed against the affable, smiling, “let us all reason together,” and now-deceased Charlie Kirk and his supporters.

However, it’s not new. From those who admire the cold-blooded killer of a heretofore obscure insurance executive to those who applaud the murder of a young Jewish couple, from those who use the occasion of a Kirk memorial ceremony to mockingly enact Kirk’s death to teachers who think nothing of telling their students after Kirk’s assassination that Kirk was “a piece of garbage,” examples are unfortunately legion. They not only think it, they feel no hesitation to publicly go on record with these sorts of abominable sentiments.

Although it’s impossible to say when this started, it’s been steadily growing. But on reflection, I’ve decided there was a turning point that I don’t see anyone else mentioning. It happened in 2019, and it was the widespread hatred unapologetically expressed towards a very young and very innocent person: 16-year-old Nicholas Sandmann.

The Kiel branch of the Young Socialists (Jusos) is demanding a ban on men’s podcasts, Apollo News reports. Jusos is arguing that the format spreads ‘toxic masculinity’ stereotypes and conspiracy theories, and pose a threat to democratic values. Their motion, set to be debated at the SPD youth organization’s state delegate conference at the end of September, is titled: “Ban men’s podcasts! – Take the microphones away from men!”

According to the motion, podcasts like Hoss & Hopf or the Andrew Tate brand have “developed into a dangerous phenomenon over the past two years.” Jusos Kiel argues that such programs promote “an uncritical glorification of toxic masculinity ideals and the ‘alpha mindset,’” while frequently featuring guests who spread “sexist stereotypes and discriminatory statements.” They further accuse these podcasts of presenting “pseudoscientific theories and numerous conspiracy theories” that are “trumpeted out to the world.”

The most recent numbers from The Nation’s Report Card, put out by the National Assessment of Educational Progress, are depressing when it comes to the present state of American education and the future of our nation.

The report, based on test results from 2024 shows a 4% drop since 2019—the last time the assessment was taken—in science scores for eighth grade students, and a 3% decline for high school seniors in both math and reading.

Even more alarmingly, less than one-third of eighth graders scored at or above the NAEP proficiency in science, and more than a third scored below even the most basic knowledge mark. The declines were even more pronounced for lower-performing students.

A young woman is facing hate crime charges after allegedly assaulting a fellow passenger in a violent, unprovoked attack on a Manhattan subway train, according to the NY Post.

The incident unfolded around 2:10 a.m. Sunday aboard a southbound L train at the 1st Avenue and East 14th Street station. Authorities said Genesis Gittens — who had just celebrated her 20th birthday on Monday — was yelling when a 28-year-old man sitting nearby glanced in her direction.

That look reportedly sent Gittens into a fury. She began striking the rider in the face multiple times while hurling slurs, shouting, “White boy” and “cracker,” according to a criminal complaint. The repeated punches left the victim with a bloody nose, though he declined medical treatment, police said.

“I’m married to Luigi’s AI; I’m not kidding” a woman among the crowd supporting accused UnitedHealthcare CEO assassin Luigi Mangione proclaimed to a journalist outside a New York courthouse Tuesday.

The unidentified woman was in the crowd that cheered when a judge dismissed terrorism-related charges against Mangione and reduced his first-degree murder charge to second degree. In an on-camera interview, the woman, shown wearing a T-shirt featuring Mangione’s picture inside a heart, described her relationship with an artificial intelligence program designed to mimic the accused killer:

This disease is called “hybristophilia“. It is endemic among women, especially Leftist women.

“AI is the future of romance,” the woman predicted.

And Natural Selection is waiting to purge these people from the gene pool.

Earlier this month a British academic named Michael Rainsborough wrote an insightful essay on the United Kingdom’s descent towards civil war. Once the head of the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, Rainsborough was dismissed from his post for committing a series of “thought crimes.” His final offense came in the form of a co-authored essay entitled, “The British Road to Dirty War,” in which he and former colleague David Betz diagramed “the hollowing out of British democratic institutions” and the dangerous rule of a permanent governing class filled with authoritarian elites.

A group of around 20 pro-Palestine activist students interrupted a lecture at the University of Pisa’s politics department on Tuesday and reportedly physically assaulted the professor because he would not take their side on the Israel-Hamas war.

The group said in a statement on social media that “we occupied the lecture of a Zionist professor,” adding:

There is no room for Zionists and warmongers in our university!

But the professor, Rino Casella, responded that “they accuse me of being a Zionist just because I’ve always said I’m not pro-Palestinian.” Casella says he and one of his students were “kicked and punched” by the activists and that he ended up in the university’s emergency room as a result of the attack.

Neither Muslims nor Leftists have ever hesitated to use violence against people they dislike. Perhaps that’s why the get along so well together.
