Israeli victims of Hamas’s Oct. 7 terror attack are suing the United Nations’ leading aid organization in the Gaza Strip, alleging that the organization “led a billion-dollar money laundering operation that funded Hamas” and enabled the terror group to carry out last year’s unprecedented strike that killed more than 1,200.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday in New York federal court by MM~LAW on behalf of more than 100 Israeli victims of the Oct. 7 attack. It alleges that the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the internationally funded aid delivery group in Gaza, spent years laundering billions in donor cash to Hamas, “greatly reducing humanitarian aid provided to Gaza residents and playing a key role in the October 7 attack,” according to a summary of the lawsuit provided to the Washington Free Beacon.

The lawsuit comes just months after Israel provided evidence that at least a dozen of UNRWA’s employees participated in Hamas’s terror massacre and that nearly 200 more double as “hardened” militants for the Iran-backed group. UNRWA employees were also found to be hiding Israeli hostages in their home, and the Israeli military has shown proof that many of the militants killed on the battlefield were UNRWA employees.

Most of the perpetrators of “violence in Berlin are young, male and have a non-German background. This also applies to knife violence,” says Barbara Slowik, the police commissioner of Berlin. In an interview with broadcaster n-tv, she talked about the recent spate of knife attacks in Germany, mostly committed by migrants—particularly young Afghan men.

“In recent years, we have definitely seen an increase [in knife attacks] in Berlin, especially among children, young people and adolescents. Knife perpetrators are getting younger,” she said, adding that there has been an increase in violent crime overall in the capital, and that non-Germans, i.e., foreigners, are overrepresented.

The recent murder of a police officer by an Afghan failed asylum seeker shocked Germany and fuelled the debate on illegal immigration, migrant crime and whether Afghan criminals should be deported. The killing led to some politicians calling for knives to be banned in public places. Barbara Slowik said no tangible steps to introduce such a ban are currently planned. “If you look at the locations where the police have had to deal with knife crimes in Berlin, they are spread over almost the entire urban area. There is no one hotspot,” she explained.

Intercepted messages obtained by the Wall Street Journal show that Yahya Sinwar, Hamas’ military leader in Gaza, is evading a ceasefire-and-hostage deal to prolong the war and escalate the Palestinian death toll. Sinwar sees advantage in martyrdom.

“We have the Israelis right where we want them,” he said in a recent message to Hamas officials in Qatar, according to the Journal.

Sinwar was referring to the impossible scenario the Israeli military finds itself in, where the IDF must risk and often sacrifice the lives of Palestinian civilians to root out the Hamas terrorists who perpetrated the Oct. 7 massacre. Unknown terrorists went on a rampage using automatic weapons against religious sited in Dagestan, Russia on Sunday night. Authorities in the southern Russian republic situated in the Caucuses say that police officers were killed and wounded as the gunman targeted a synagogue and an Orthodox church.

At least nine are dead, and 25 injured. An Orthodox priest was also slain. A fire also resulted at the synagogue, with emergency response crews subsequently battling the blaze. Some reports say that two Orthodox churches were hit in the assault, and that a priest was killed.

Let’s see: Attacking churches and synagogues, so probably not Christians or Jews … wonder who that could be … space aliens? Chinese Communists on a party weekend? Hmmm. That’s a puzzler….

South Asia. Since June 9, the Indian territory of Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed four terrorist attacks launched by Pakistan-sponsored terror groups.

The first attack occurred in Jammu’s Reasi District, where Hindus are a majority. Islamist terrorists attacked a bus carrying pilgrims from a Hindu temple. Nine people, including children, lost their lives, and 33 were injured.

Following this, three other Islamic terror attacks were carried out in Jammu. As a result, one CRPF (India’s Central Reserve Police Force) member was killed and seven Indian security personnel were injured.

Less than two weeks before the first round of parliamentary elections, a new tragedy of exceptional violence has shaken the French: the rape?accompanied by death threats, beatings, and injuries?of a 12-year-old girl by three minors, on the grounds that she was Jewish.

These horrendous events took place on Saturday, June 15th in Courbevoie—a rather quiet suburb to the north-west of Paris. The assailants were particularly young. Two of them, aged 13, were indicted on Tuesday, June 18th for the gang rape of a 12-year-old girl involving “violence, death threats, and antisemitic insults,” while the third, aged just 12, was placed under witness protection for the rape.

Current reports suggest that the Houthis, an Iranian Shiite terror group, is negotiating to provide weapons to Yemen’s Al-Shabaab, a Sunni Jihadist group allied with Al Qaeda, to expand Iran’s control over shipping. While Al-Shabaab has operated using the conventional Al Qaeda playbook of rifles and IEDs, the Houthis (pictured above) can offer upgraded drones and missile technology.

And best of all the Houthis can claim that the weapons were battle tested on the US Navy.

Nearly eight years after a Muslim terrorist committed the largest massacre of gay people in American history, LGBTQ Islamic terror supporters blocked the Philadelphia gay pride parade.

“Long live the Intifada,” members of Queers4Palestine chanted, referring to the Islamic terrorist campaign against the Jewish State, chanting that the gay pride parade was just like the KKK and the Israeli army. “From the sea to the river, Palestine will live forever!”

Protesting a gay pride parade in support of Hamas was a fitting prelude to the anniversary of the Islamic massacre at a gay nightclub which had its own Hamas connection.

The latest attacker to be shot by German police had upgraded from the customary knife to an axe — a Schieferhammer, literally “slate-hammer”, probably more or less like a pickaxe.

The incident occurred around noon today, in the vicinity of a Euro 24 fan parade on the Reeperbahn in Hamburg, but police say the attack had nothing to do with football.

The ethnicity of the alleged perp has not been mentioned so far, and the photo is ambiguous, so he might be a culture-enricher, or he might be someone who has lived in Germany for a longer time. Or he could even be a British football hooligan, for all I know.

The knife action in Germany just never quits. In this case, an Afghan culture-enricher attacked a garden party in the town of Wolmirstedt, in Saxony-Anhalt. Several party guests were wounded, but the only fatality was that of the perpetrator, who was shot dead by police. Apparently, however, he had previously killed a fellow Afghan before joining the festivities.

According to details from a regional war correspondent, Hezbollah “fired missiles and rockets at two Israeli military bases in retaliation for the Israeli strike on a house about six miles from Israel’s northern border, inside Lebanon, that killed Abdullah, 55, and three other Hezbollah officials who were meeting there.”

The daughter of Palestine Chronicle editor in chief Ramzy Baroud works for American Muslims for Palestine, a leading anti-Israel group that has defended Hamas terrorism and spearheaded anti-Semitic campus protests—activism that prompted Israeli terror victims to sue the group for providing “substantial assistance to Hamas.”

The Palestine Chronicle, a little-known nonprofit based in Washington state, was thrust into the spotlight this week after Israel revealed that one of its writers, Abdallah Aljamal, held hostages on Hamas’s behalf. Its editor in chief, Baroud, is a U.S.-based writer who defended Hamas in the wake of Oct. 7 and worked for the Qatari-funded Al Jazeera outlet. He also has bylines on two Iranian regime-controlled websites that the U.S. government says were run by Tehran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, the Washington Free Beacon first reported Monday.

Several organizations in the movement previously praised the Oct. 7 attack in which Hamas killed around 1,200 Israelis, raped women, and took hundreds of hostages. SJP, for example, referred to the terror onslaught as “a historic win” days after the news broke.

Saturday’s gathering proved a striking display of unity between Muslim, Marxist, LGBTQ, and even Jewish activists. Many organizers and demonstrators made it clear that they were not just demanding a “cease-fire” between Israel and Hamas. “Resistance” against the Jewish state–and fierce anti-American sentiment–were the overall themes.

A journalist in Gaza who contributed to Al Jazeera held Israeli hostages in his family home, the Israel Defense Forces said Sunday after a special forces operation rescued four hostages in central Gaza.

The journalist, Abdallah Aljamal, was killed in the IDF operation on Saturday, which freed three hostages in his home. In a post on X, the IDF said Aljamal was “a Hamas terrorist holding Almog [Meir Jan], Andrey [Kozlov],and Shlomi [Ziv] hostage in his family’s home in Nuseirat. No press vest can make him innocent of the crimes he has committed.” The post went on to ask Al Jazeera why Aljamal has an author page on the news organization’s website.

Al Jazeera on Sunday said Aljamal “never worked with the network” but acknowledged that he had contributed to a 2019 op-ed on the site. “These allegations are completely unfounded,” Al Jazeera’s press office said.

For the first time, shocking new images have surfaced on social media, revealing the extensive damage to the previously owned US bulk carrier “True Confidence.” This vessel was engulfed in flames following a missile attack by Iranian-backed Houthis earlier this year.

On March 6, Houthis fired an anti-ship ballistic missile that hit the vessel. The US military’s Central Command (Centcom) confirmed the attack, releasing two images of the heavily damaged bulker.

President Joe Biden has admonished Israelis to stop waging “indefinite war” and embrace his plan for Middle East peace.

But more than half a dozen war-weary Israeli reserve soldiers from across the country told the Washington Free Beacon that Biden’s diplomacy is actually dragging out the Gaza war he is pressing Israel to bring to an end. By restraining Israel, they said, Biden is preventing the Jewish state from defeating or deterring its genocidal enemies.

“It’s very frustrating,” said Snir Tal, 24, a reservist in an elite Israel Defense Forces commando unit. Tal saw two of his best friends killed during six months of service in the war in the Gaza Strip, which the Palestinian terror group Hamas started with a massacre and mass abduction in southern Israel on Oct. 7. “It feels like all our work and all our losses were for nothing.”

Protesters from across the country descended upon Washington, D.C., on Saturday afternoon, surrounded the White House, and clashed with police officers while calling for Hamas terrorists to kill Israelis.

“We don’t want no two states, we’re taking back 48,” the keffiyeh-clad demonstrators can be heard yelling in video taken by the Washington Free Beacon. The demonstrators blocked traffic for several hours as they stretched around the White House, holding a red banner symbolizing a “Red Line” they say Israel crossed. The agitators blocked exits used by the Secret Service, called for the destruction of Israel, scaled monuments, and vandalized nearby statues.

President Joe Biden’s humanitarian pier off of Gaza is out of commission and needs at least $22 million worth of repairs to return to service, Pentagon officials said this week.

The U.S. military-run project to deliver aid to the war-torn enclave was torn apart late last month after just one week in operation when it was struck by rough waves. The structure will require between $22 million and $28 million in repairs, two Pentagon officials told the Washington Post.

The humanitarian pier project, which Biden announced during his State of the Union address in March, has faced setbacks and disasters since its delayed installation last month. Days after the Army installed the pier, Pentagon spokesman Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder said no aid had reached the Gazan population because shipments were “intercepted by some people who took that aid off those vehicles.” Before the pier was damaged, three U.S. service members were injured, one critically, in a forklift accident.

Law reviews are typically sleepy, student-edited journals that publish turgid scholarship. The articles may be read by specialists, and they are often read by no one beyond the author and editors. But Columbia University law school’s law review has received a rare burst of public attention this week.

According to various media outlets, the law review’s board of directors, composed of faculty and alumni, tried to censor an article critical of Israel. Except that’s not what happened at all. The true story involves a faction of the law review secretly breaking all procedural rules and customs to publish a piece of ideologically driven claptrap.

The claptrap in question is an article by graduate student Rabea Eghbariah, “Toward Nakba as a Legal Concept.” To say that the article is of poor quality not worthy of an elite law review like Columbia’s, considered one of the three or four most prestigious legal journals in the United States, would be an understatement. The article reads as if one asked ChatGPT to disguise a lengthy, biased, inaccurate propaganda piece as legitimate scholarship, making it a dull read and throwing in hundreds of footnotes to dubious sources.

The corruption of our educational system is being matched by a corruption of our legal system.

The IEA (Islamic Emirate Afghanistan) government praised neighboring Kazakhstan for accepting the current Afghan government rather than considering it a terrorist organization. At the same time the IEA continues its policy of limiting education for women. Currently girls must leave school when they reach 12 years of age. For the third year in a row, women were not allowed to take university entrance examinations. Women continue to be banned from working outside their homes. Over the last few decades many Afghan women have been educated and found jobs in the economy. Banning women from these jobs disrupted the efficient operation of the economy. IEA leaders refuse to recognize this problem, much less fix it.

Poland’s military affairs department is investigating the death of a soldier who was stabbed while protecting his country’s border. Meanwhile, the foreign ministry has summoned the Belarusian envoy in Warsaw to discuss the case.

The incident took place last week, on May 28th, and the soldier has since died of his injuries.

He was stabbed in the chest with a knife while trying to stop a group of migrants who were attempting to force their way across the Belarus-Poland border. The Polish Border Guard said that other officers had been injured earlier the same day while defending the border, including one who was hit with a broken bottle and another who was attacked with a “tool to which a knife was attached.”

Yesterday morning the FBI raided the home of Abdiaziz Farah, one of the seven defendants in the Feeding Our Future fraud case that has now been submitted to the jury. Farah’s home in Savage was first searched in January 2022 when the FBI executed warrants on several of the homes and business locations related to the case. At that time the FBI scooped up cash and evidence from Farah’s home. What were they looking for yesterday?

The FBI remains mum. The warrant authorizing yesterday’s search is under seal. Last night the public affairs officer for the Office of the United States Attorney here directed me to the FBI for confirmation of the search, but KARE 11’s Lou Raguse first reported it yesterday afternoon via X. Neighbors confirmed the search for Lou.

Every year, I have to write a version of this article because events like this never seem to stop. Every year, our political leaders promise to do something. And every year, it gets worse. For the past two weeks, it has been the turn of Germany. Next week — who knows?

Last Friday, at about 11:30am, a 25-year-old Afghan went on a knife spree at a rally in Mannheim. He stabbed Michael Stürzenberger, the convener of the rally, along with a policeman and four others, before a second policeman shot him. Two days later, the officer succumbed to his wounds.

We still don’t know everything about the incident. What we do know, though, is that it is a deeply sad — and obvious — metaphor for the way Western countries function. People protest Islamic violence. The press smears them. Islamists attack. The state tries to subdue the protestors. The Islamists continue attacking. Rinse and repeat.

There are fresh reports out of Israeli media that the country’s war cabinet is discussing launching a full-scale war against Hezbollah, which would likely involve an army ground invasion of southern Lebanon.

Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, said Tuesday a tough “decision” is close amid ratcheting daily attacks on northern Israel. “We are approaching the point where a decision will have to be made, and the IDF is prepared and very ready for this decision,” Halevi said while on a visit to an army base in Kiryat Shmona, a northern region which has witnessed massive fires this week resulting from Hezbollah drone and rocket attacks.
