Dulwich College and Winchester College turned down Professor Sir Bryan Thwaites’ offer to leave the funds in his will because they feared breaching anti-discrimination laws, The Times said.

The Pacific Legal Foundation is arguing that a California law mandating corporate boards have a minimum number of women amounts to unconstitutional sex discrimination.

Chesa Boudin, whose parents were convicted and jailed for their part in the murder of three people when he was a toddler, won the bid for Sans Francisco’s attorney general Saturday after campaigning on his past.

Boudin’s parents, Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, were arrested after dropping their then-14-month-old son off at a babysitter’s and taking part in an armored car robbery in 1981. Two police officers and a security guard were left dead, and Boudin’s parents, members of the terrorist group Weather Underground, were arrested for their role as getaway drivers.

Under the Felony Murder Rule, they could have been executed. They got off easy, as often happens.

The now 39-year-old used his past to capture votes in San Francisco, according to NBC News. In his campaign video, he explained to voters how he had to visit jail and go through steel gates just to hug his parents. Boudin campaigned on a total reform of the criminal justice system, using his history to explain why mass incarceration is destructive.

“Mass incarceration” is what proglodytes are re-labeling “imprisoning criminals”. Had my parents been jailed terrorist murderers, I would have had no inclination to hug them. I guess immorality is more hereditary than we thought.  And California descends further into the Turd World….

I first noticed this trend with Ta-Nehisi Coates’ hilarious bestseller in 2015, where blacks are “black bodies” and whites are “people who think that they are white.”

In other words, I guess, TNC wants to imply that blacks are authentically black, but whites all have a touch of the tar brush.

TERFs—a term of abuse that means “trans-exclusionary radical feminist”—are a “minority group who usually stick to online forums,” it explained, though they also hand out “transphobic leaflets.” Under the guise of protecting women, they spread the idea that “trans women are a threat because they are men, attempting to gain access to women’s spaces such as bathrooms and trick lesbians into having sex with them.” Many are, apparently, “funded by anti-abortion and evangelical groups.” Some call themselves “gender-critical” to seem more “palatable to the general public.” But, the article argues, it would be best to call them what they are: “anti-trans activists.”

Former NAACP Assistant Director Michael Meyers said Wednesday that the 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls who embraced reparations were “pandering to black voters.”

The National Observer reported that, of the 338 young attendees, 146 “identified as a visible minority” and 39 were Indigenous. “Many of you,” Campbell acknowledged, “are activists…for issues about which you feel passionately…who want to make changes…to fulfill your vision for the country.” But, she warned, anyone serving in Ottawa must remember that everyone else there “had exactly the same right to express their views.” Civility, Campbell added, “is even more important in the age of social media.”

That didn’t work out so well:

Within an hour of Campbell’s plea, approximately 40 delegates stood up at their seats and turned their backs on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to protest his expulsion of two female MPs from the liberal caucus the previous day. In March, Equal Voice had presented Trudeau with their annual EVE award for his “commitment to amplifying women’s role in public life.” Now, at an event he had made possible by sending tax dollars their way, young women were accusing him of ignoring misogyny, indigenous genocide, Inuit suicide, and Islamophobia. When Conservative Party leader Andrew Scheer spoke, dozens of delegates walked out of the chamber. The Green party leader Elizabeth May, on the other hand, was greeted with loud hoots of delight.

The protesting delegates were dismayed to find themselves criticized for these actions in the media and by many of their peers. Six of them contacted the National Observer, an independent newspaper, which then shared their story in a lengthy and highly sympathetic article. The six women, the Observer reported, had experienced “a series of discriminatory encounters” at the conference “that left them feeling unsafe, unacknowledged, and traumatized.” Equal Voice responded with an apologetic message on its website, which read, in part: “Of the 338 delegates, it was clear that the majority had an overall positive experience…Equal Voice sincerely regrets that some delegates experienced harassment in person or online.”

I tell ya, sometimes you just can’t figure out who’s the victim without a scorecard.
