That’s why they call it the ‘Affordable Care Act’, because it makes care un-affordable. You can always tell what a government program will do by inverting what the title says — the Department of Education, for example, is devoted to making sure that Americans are uneducated; the Department of Energy makes sure that our sources of energy are too expensive; and so forth.
