Through Immigration Court, illegal aliens have access to four levels of appeals. In addition, through federal district court, illegal aliens have access to three levels of appeals.
There is no corner of American jurisprudence where actual citizens have access to that amount of due process.
During the Biden years, illegal aliens streamed into America by the millions, without following any laws. Biden-appointed judges insist that those same aliens be afforded infinite levels of due process, all at American taxpayer expense.
