China wants to rule the world. The U.S. has a stupid “birthright citizenship” rule that allows anyone to magically get American citizenship if they are born here. This incentivizes birth tourism to get access to citizenship.
Chinese billionaires have lots of money. Thanks to surrogacy, they can sire hundreds of “American” kids that will then work to help China in the decades to come.
And California is leading the way in this Chinese baby-factory business.
