Spanish Soldiers Under Attack in Ceuta

Since the end of July, Spanish soldiers have been deployed to Ceuta to try to keep a lid on the seething mass of illegal migrants that have invaded and taken up residence in various parts of the enclave. Unfortunately, they are burdened with rules of engagement that give violent migrant invaders the advantage, and their equipment leaves something to be desired.
