Culture-Enriching Throat-Slitter in Segrià

In the county of Segrià in Catalonia, a broken bottle became active and caused the death of a 75-year-old woman. The bottle was wielded by a culture-enriching “youth” from Morocco, who used it to make “several cuts… in the area of the neck.” I assume that means the misguided youngster slit her throat.
