‘Islamist’ Suspect Named After Berlin Pride Ramming Attack

Police in Germany are hunting a 21-year old “Islamist” after a van rammed into a crowd of people at Berlin’s Pride festival.
The suspect, named by police as Abdul B, is known to authorities “as a member of Islamist circles in Berlin”.
He is described as slim, approximately 1.90m tall and was seen on the night wearing a black hooded jumper and white trousers.
At least one person was killed and 17 others were injured on Saturday night, including three critically, after a white van mowed down a crowd of people at the event.
