According to court documents, the offender, who is not being named, pleaded guilty to choking his girlfriend’s toddler and kicking him in the head. Twice. The incidents were captured on nanny cam, showing the man violently assaulting the defenseless toddler. The judge herself noted the violence would likely cause long-term trauma.
