Why guess when my first search told me:
Yes, Humana provides health insurance to the US military through its subsidiary, Humana Military, which manages care for TRICARE beneficiaries. Humana was awarded the TRICARE East Region contract in 2022, serving military beneficiaries since 1996. Humana Military was originally founded in 1993 as a separate entity by Humana.

Probably because I’m lazy. They didn’t have Tricare back when I was on active duty.
