Knives have become active again in France. There’s no telling when it will happen — the blades just come out of hiding and start attacking people. There’s nothing anyone can do to prevent it.
In this case, “Allahu Akhbar” is also involved, which is Arabic for “I am a mentally disturbed person known to police.”
