The Chicago Board of Elections says it “mistakenly left out” 10,000 vote-by-mail ballots when tabulating the results for the Democratic primary race for Cook County state’s attorney that is currently separated by approximately 2,000 votes, the Daily Mail has reported.

Imagine that.
