Technology Will Change Politics From Top Down To Bottom Up

Read it. No, it won’t, because most people don’t pay any attention to politics unless it sticks its snout in their laps — they have lives and jobs and all that sort of thing. At most it will make things more confused. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that….)
