Instant coffee ‘more environmentally friendly’

Dr Dave Reay, senior lecturer in carbon management at Edinburgh University, has calculated that filter coffee is responsible for 50 percent more greenhouse gas emissions than its cheaper counterpart.
Don’t expect that to sit well with the Crust.
