Texas Supreme Court Orders Jailed Hair Stylist Shelley Luther to be Released from Jail

This is an order to release her from jail while they consider her motion to vacate the sentence.
The case isn’t over yet but it’s looking good for her.

Having the governor and the Attorney General on your side is more than just a little positive.
Gov. Abbott has done a pretty good job of trying to inject as much sanity as possible into this crazy situation. He was interviewed briefly today by Hannity and spoke out against both the Dallas situation and the attempt to fine/jail people for not wearing masks in Harris County (Houston). Considering the terrible job done by several other governors (Coumo and Wolf stand out), Abbott has been terrific.
