One Response to “The Best Way to Deal With 30 to 50 Feral Hogs in Your Yard”
Carry a big stick, my ass! A .30-30 is a much better choice. Also a .45 as backup.
Had a deer lease in central TX. There were 3 distinct families of pigs coming to my stand. (You can tell by the colors.) Each family was 50-60 hogs and the females were usually pregnant. The big boars usually traveled alone, hanging out near their family. They would come in at night and roll in the dirt, with raccoons often coming and feeding on the ticks on their backs. We spotted a pair of boars fighting over a fawn carcass.
