Finally, Fusion Power Is About to Become a Reality

Well, it’s not as close as the headline appears to promise, but a lot of good progress is being made.
Once we have practical fusion power, oil and natural gas will be recognized as transitional technologies, like coal, and the world will get a lot cleaner. (Plus a lot of activists will have nothing more to complain about — although I’m sure they’ll think of something.)
