Melbourne, Australia now has an “African gangs” problems because it’s the Current Year so of course Melbourne has an African gangs problem. Why wouldn’t it? In fact, Melbourne has two African gangs problems: the African gangs of street criminals themselves, and, far worse, the Australians who have noticed and even talked about this new problem that the politicians have imported for them to endure.
