UNLV is said to have one of the best trauma units in the country. Now, I used to visit a professional building next to Parkland hospital in Dallas and there were always therapy dogs around, attending to their business before or after their shifts. Nevada doesn’t have therapy dogs? Hard to believe.

Call me old-fashioned, but the concept of ‘therapy dogs’ makes me itch.
