That certainly is how Democrats try to portray him. Trump firing Comey = Nixon firing Cox. Right? Wrong. But here is another one: With ‘tapes’ tweet, Trump evokes Nixon’s White House.

And that is the essential difference between Republicans and Democrats. Democrats believe that bureaucrats ought to run the country; Republicans think that the people ought to run the country.

And you knew in your heart of hearts that once he was elected he would immediately abdicate any and all responsible action in favor of jetting around the country and trying to think up things to say and do to discomfit liberals?

I don’t support Trump at all. I just think he will be better than Crooked Hillary – which, so far, he has been.
He does have a talent for jerking the chains of people who desperately need it. That’s entertaining, and more value than I’ve gotten out of a Presidential vote since Reagan.
