Well, we are, actually. After all, South Tyrol is Italian since 1918.
“Pizza Tirolese” is a type of pizza served in many Pizzerias in Italy. Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and speck ham are the almost mandatory toppings; oregano, onion, arugula, parmigiano cheese, cream, sausage may be occasionally added.

That sounds pretty tasty. Let’s see if Antonio & Vito’s here in Dallas can whip some up. Don’t know about the arugula, though; that sounds pretty Democrat to me.
