Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Monday urged Islamic nations to work toward suspending Israel from participating in United Nations General Assembly meetings and activities.

Speaking at an emergency summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Fidan said that Palestinians needed collective action to end Israel’s alleged genocide in Gaza and settler violence in the occupied West Bank.

United Nations atomic agency chief Rafael Grossi has been receiving 24/7 protection from a tactical security unit based out of Austria, amid what’s been reported as specific threats on his life connected to Iran.

Tuesday reporting in The Wall Street Journal has revealed Grossi has received this protection for weeks. Austria’s Cobra special services unit is providing the security detail. It is part of the Austrian Federal Ministry of the Interior.

WSJ details that “The elite unit of Austria’s security services is protecting Grossi after the country’s intelligence agency received information of a threat to the International Atomic Energy Agency chief from a third party, according to a person involved in the case. The IAEA is based in Vienna.”

Australia has on Tuesday expelled the Iranian ambassador from the country, which marks the first time it has booted a foreign ambassador of any nation in the post-World War II period. The government has blamed Iran and its intelligence apparatus for directing two antisemitic attacks against Australia’s Jewish community – especially a shocking firebomb attack on a Melbourne synagogue last December.

There was also a fire set at a kosher food business in Sydney in October, prior to the synagogue fire. The Adass Israel synagogue in southeast Melbourne, which is in a heavily Jewish area, was utterly destroyed by the fire.

The leader of a Druze village in the Golan Heights spoke out against the efforts by the world media and the left to dismiss the story of the recent slaughter and raping of his people’s kin in Syria by radical Islamic terrorists and Syrian government forces.

During the Newsmax delegation to Israel, we visited the Ein Qiniyye village on the southern foothills of Mount Hermon, and spoke with Druze mayor Wael Moghrabi about the plight of the Druze people.

Not only did he praise Israel for intervening in Syria to halt the carnage through a bevy of airstrikes, but he emphasized that the attempts by Islamists to exterminate his people underscore why the media and the left whitewashing the story is nothing short of barbaric: “Just like the Nazis in the past, their goal is one: They want to eradicate the Druze community and then they want to eradicate Israel.” He continued, offering up a strong warning to the world media: “They will come with tens of thousands of jihadis to the border with Israel and they will try to eliminate us.”

A new Palestine direct action group calling itself Palestinian Martyrs for Justice staged an overnight attack on the Moog Aircraft Group facility in Wolverhampton.

Around 4 a.m. on Tuesday, members used a vehicle to smash through two gates before climbing onto the rooftop, where they remained into the morning.

One activist claimed that Moog “has continued to supply Elbit Systems Israel with the parts needed to train Israeli pilots to use F-35 and F-16 fighter Jets”.

On the evening of Saturday, August 23rd, a violent altercation broke out between two groups of young Afghan men at Berlin’s Humboldt Forum, leaving several participants seriously injured.

The clash, involving eight to ten individuals, occurred around 9:45 p.m in central Berlin.

Police confirmed that six men, aged 20 to 26, suffered cuts and stab wounds to their hands, legs, pelvis, and upper body.

Authorities initially detained a 19-year-old, a 20-year-old, and a 14-year-old girl, who are now considered witnesses in the investigation. According to BZ, all victims and witnesses are reported to be Afghan nationals.

No clear motive for the confrontation has been disclosed. Police spokespersons stated that investigations are ongoing with the case being handled by the specialized unit of Police Directorate 1 (North).

That same night, authorities reported a separate knife crime incident on a tram in Dresden. The police managed to arrest one of the perpetrators, a Syrian, while details about other suspects and victims remain unclear.

Across the United Kingdom this weekend, people turned out to protest against the government’s immigration policies. But it goes beyond that: British elites, like those in America, hate their own country and its citizens, and have tried to make patriotism unacceptable. In Britain, you can get into trouble by displaying a Union Jack or, worse, St. George’s Cross, the symbol of England. Because England oppressed Scotland and Ireland, don’t you know.

For the British people, it is now or never, and they know it. Operation Raise the Flag calls on Brits to display their flags–a radical act, probably “far right” in contemporary lexicon. In some cases, the authorities are hauling flags down about as fact as beleaguered citizens can put them up.

It is hard to say how many people turned out for anti-migrant demonstrations this weekend, and, of course, there were counter-demonstrators, too. I am not sure about this, but my sense is that the counter-demonstrators agree that mass third-world immigration is destroying Britain, but they think that is a good thing.

Earlier today, when reading a news story, I happened to encounter the town (or village, as they apparently call them in the Upper Midwest) of Mahomet, Illinois. That got my attention, because as most of you know, Mahomet, like Mahound, is an archaic variant of the name Mohammed or Muhammad. Which means the Illinois town has a Mohammed Coefficient of 100%.

I wondered how the village got its name — had a devotee of the Prophet wandered down that way from Detroit or Hamtramck? But no: in this case the Coefficient is misleading. According to the official history of the town, it was named Mahomet by its founder, a Connecticut expatriate, in honor of Mahomet Weyonomon, a sachem of the Mohegan tribe in Connecticut. I wonder how the Mohammedans of the region feel about the appropriation of the name of the Messenger of Allah by an infidel Indian — is it an insult or a compliment?

A 21-year-old American man paid a steep price for doing the right thing on a tram in Germany overnight. When he observed two Syrian men hassling a pair of female passengers, the as-yet unnamed American intervened, only to be beaten and slashed in the face with a knife. One of the assailants was arrested, but then immediately let go.

Austria witnessed a record surge in knife-related crime in 2024, with official statistics revealing the highest number of incidents in at least a decade.

According to figures, there were 2,596 reported cases of stabbings or knife threats across the country last year, marking a sharp rise from previous years and fuelling concerns about public safety.

The Austrian capital has emerged as the centre of the crisis. Social democrat-controlled Vienna alone accounted for 1,121 of the incidents, making it by far the most dangerous region for knife attacks.

In stark contrast, the lowest figures were recorded in Burgenland, where just 44 such crimes were reported, followed by Carinthia with 90 cases.

Police data show that knife crime had been declining steadily up until 2020, when only 822 offences involving stabbing weapons were recorded nationwide.

But since then, the numbers have risen year on year. By 2024, the tally had not only returned to the 2015 level of 1,061 cases—it had more than doubled that figure.

A Moroccan culture-enricher in the town of Albuñol in southern Spain broke a stained-glass window to get into a church and then proceeded to vandalize the sanctuary, beheading sacred statues and damaging crucifixes, pews, etc. When parishioners arrived at the building to stop him, he set fire to the church.

Britain has received a record number of asylum applications, official data showed Thursday, as the government faces growing pressure over the housing of thousands of migrants in hotels.

A total of 111,084 people applied for asylum in the UK in the year to June 2025, according to figures released by the Home Office.

That was the highest for any 12 months since current records began in 2001.

The Home Office data showed that 32,059 migrants were staying in hotels at the end of June, an 8% increase on the same month last year, just before Labour Party leader Keir Starmer became prime minister.

Starmer is facing heat over his failure to stop illegal migrants crossing the Channel to England on small boats.

Thursday’s data showed that illegal arrivals soared 27% on the previous year, with 88% of those coming by small boats.

A German court has said that a Nazi concentration camp memorial has the right to refuse entry to those wearing the Palestinian keffiyeh scarf.

The keffiyeh is not ‘Palestinian’. It is Arab, specifically Bedouin.

The higher administrative court in the eastern state of Thuringia rejected a request from a woman to be allowed entry to the Buchenwald concentration camp memorial while wearing a keffiyeh.

According to local media reports, the woman was turned away when she attempted to attend a commemorative event marking the 80th anniversary of the camp’s liberation in April while wearing the scarf.

She then petitioned the courts to allow her to return to the memorial for another commemorative event this week while wearing a keffiyeh.

The court found that the memorial was within its rights to deny her entry, pointing to the woman’s declared aim of “sending a political message against what she saw as the (memorial’s) one-sided support for the policies of the Israeli government.”

“It is unquestionable that this would endanger the sense of security of many Jews, especially at this site,” the court said.

The director of the memorial, Jens-Christian Wagner said the keffiyeh was not per se “a forbidden symbol” at the memorial.

“However when it is used together with other symbols… to relativise Nazi crimes, then we would ask people to remove those symbols,” he said.

A British man has been arrested for saying “we love bacon” while protesting the building of a proposed giant mosque.

The Telegraph reports that the protest occurred at the site of planned super mosque in the Lake District, which is populated by an almost 100% white population.

The report further notes that the 23-year-old man, was not otherwise being disruptive, causing any damage or being in any way violent.

A city council member in Michigan was reportedly seen on video helping to drop what appear to be several absentee ballots into a ballot drop box ahead of an August primary election.

Abu Musa, a city councilman in the city of Hamtramck, Michigan, was reportedly in the passenger seat handing what appear to be ballots to the driver, who then dropped them in the drop box. Various news reports say they were “bundles” of ballots, another says “stacks.”

The video was first reported by Local 4 News in Detroit and later was reported in other Michigan and national news outlets. Local 4 reported that Michigan State Police confirmed the footage.

The number of Islamist-motivated crimes in Germany rose sharply in 2024, reaching over 1,500 cases, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA).

Out of 804 suspects last year, around 22% were under 18 years old, up from less than 8% a decade earlier.

In 2024, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) recorded 1,694 cases of ”politically motivated crime–religious ideology,” 1,397 of which were connected to Islamist motives.

An elementary school near Vienna advertised a part-time PE teacher role requiring “very well-written and spoken Turkish skills” alongside German and English.

The posting sparked criticism from Austria’s right-wing FPÖ and center-right ÖVP parties.

FPÖ education spokesman Helmut Fiedler stressed that the official language of education in primary schools is German, and that requiring Turkish is therefore unnecessary and could unfairly disadvantage local applicants.

Principal Erwin Rauscher defended the posting, saying it aimed to build bridges to students with different native languages.

Among the two hundred students at the school, twenty different languages are spoken.

A new report by Austria’s Public Employment Service (AMS) has sparked controversy after suggesting that some refugees are intentionally failing German language courses to avoid being placed in low-paying jobs.

The findings, published in the study “New Refugees from Syria on the Austrian Labor Market,” highlight a growing challenge for integration policy, with concerns that language training, once seen as the key to employment, is becoming a barrier instead.

In the report, one first-hand account from a Syrian woman who studied medicine in her home country and worked as a paediatrician in Turkey, criticized what she sees as a systemic problem: qualified Syrian women being pushed into cleaning jobs without any consideration of their professional skills. She claims that, in response, some refugees purposely fail their language exams to avoid being forced into such low-status work.

A Hamtramck City Council member in Michigan is facing scrutiny after seemingly being captured on video participating in stuffing ballots into an official drop box just days before his primary election victory.

Video footage obtained by Local 4 seemingly shows Council Member Abu Musa in a black vehicle on August 1st, handing what appear to be stacks of ballots to a driver who then places them in the city’s ballot drop box. Musa went on to receive over 1,129 votes in last week’s primary election.

A council that said it could not take any more asylum seekers has complained to the Home Office after it discovered that hundreds of migrants were being housed locally without its knowledge.

Portsmouth city council discovered last week that 55 rental properties were being used to house at least three asylum seekers each, accommodation known as homes of multiple occupation (HMO).

In 2023, James Hill, the city’s director of housing, told the Home Office the “system’s capacity was such that we couldn’t support additional asylum seekers”. However, at a public meeting in July hosted by Amanda Martin, the Labour MP for Portsmouth North, figures came to light that revealed the number of private properties being used to house migrants had risen from ten at the end of 2019 to 58 in April 2024. Last week, the council confirmed with the Home Office that the number was 55.

More than 600 migrants landed in Spain’s Balearic Islands in just two days, the largest influx the holiday archipelago has ever seen.

Police and locals say the Mediterranean archipelago has become Europe’s newest “back door” for illegal immigration, as smuggling gangs shift away from the Canary Islands and Italy. ABC reports that packed boats, some carrying Algerians, and others loaded with sub-Saharan Africans and Asians, who pay up to €14,000 for the trip, are landing on Mallorca, Formentera, and Cabrera almost daily.

The sudden explosion is no accident. Security officials blame the collapse of relations with Algeria, furious at Madrid’s flip towards Morocco in the Western Sahara dispute. Once a reliable partner, Algiers is now accused of looking the other way. “They have no incentive to stop the boats,” one Spanish officer admitted.

Migrants housed at a controversial Epping hotel were a “financial lifeline” for its owners, a court has heard.

The Bell Hotel has been at the centre of anti-immigration protests since a resident was charged with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl last month.

Epping Forest District Council has applied for a High Court injunction against its owners, Somani Hotels Ltd, which would end its use as an asylum hotel.

Lawyers representing the company have said the injunction would cause it “financial harm” because the migrants were a “financial lifeline” that had allowed “money to be reinvested in the hotel”. Just one per cent of rooms were occupied in August 2022, they added.

Earlier the court was told that it was “not acceptable” for migrants to be housed at an Epping hotel because there are five schools within walking distance.

Two of the hotel’s residents have been charged with sexual assault in recent months.

The Labour council in Birmingham has been accused of double standards for claiming to be unable to take down Palestinian flags while removing English ones.

A row erupted after residents put up hundreds of Union Jack and St George’s flags on lampposts in a “patriotic outpouring” over the past fortnight.

The council issued a statement saying flags and other attachments, such as bunting and advertising, “could be putting lives at risk” and it would take them down.

An incident that involved youth of migrant background took place on Wednesday at the Stadionbad in the Prater district of the Austrian capital.

The Syrian teen and his 17-year-old Afghan companion tried to climb over a locked gate to access the pool area. A staff member caught them and called over a 55-year-old security guard, as the teenagers started to behave aggressively.

The younger teen allegedly said, “I’ll stab you,” and suggested he might have a knife in his pants.

The latest political scandal in France is just as absurd as it seems: residents of Muslim background had a free public screening of ‘Barbie’ shut down for being offensive to their cultural sensibilities, and anyone who thinks this is problematic is labeled an Islamophobic far-right extremist.

The incident happened in the ‘ethnically-diverse’ Paris suburb of Noisy-le-Sec, where the local council had the idea of providing free film screenings to poorer neighborhoods during the summer. The program would have been successful were it not for the apparently ‘poor’ movie choice for last weekend, featuring Greta Gerwig’s 2023 Oscar-winning feminist comedy Barbie.

After a group of around 15 Muslim youth threatened council workers and reportedly moved to destroy the equipment, local mayor Olivier Sarrabeyrouse ordered organizers to pull the plug and cancel the event.

A new report on Syrian refugees in Austria has ignited political controversy after suggesting that some migrants are deliberately failing the exam after completing German courses to avoid low-paying jobs.

The findings, published in daily Kronen Zeitung and based on the Austrian Labour Market Service’s (AMS) study, have prompted sharp criticism from opposition politicians, particularly the right-wing Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ).

The report highlights challenges in integrating refugees into the labour market, with learning German identified as a key barrier.

The number of violent knife crimes in Germany has risen sharply once again, with newly released Federal Police figures confirming a worsening trend.

In the first half of 2025, 730 cases were recorded under Federal Police jurisdiction, a 17 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The data, provided by the German government in response to a parliamentary query from Alternative for Germany (AfD) domestic affairs spokesman Martin Hess and obtained by Junge Freiheit, show a marked overrepresentation of foreign suspects.

Out of the recorded offenses, 278 involved German suspects and 270 involved non-Germans. While foreigners make up just under 15 percent of Germany’s population, they accounted for over 36 percent of knife crime suspects. Among them, Syrians formed the largest group with 29 cases, followed by Afghans with 23 and Poles with 20. Algerian and Afghan suspects were among the most likely to use a knife rather than merely carry one, with 83 percent of cases involving actual use.

The Federal Police recorded the majority of incidents at train stations, with 409 cases.

French Prime Minister François Bayrou on Friday, August 15th condemned an act of “antisemitic hatred” after a memorial tree planted in tribute to a young French Jewish man tortured to death in 2006 had been cut down outside Paris.

On January 20, 2006, 23-year-old Ilan Halimi was kidnapped by a gang of youths and tortured in a housing estate in the Paris suburb of Bagneux. Found three weeks later, he died on the way to hospital.

An olive tree, planted in 2011 in Halimi’s memory, was cut down, probably with a chainsaw, overnight Wednesday to Thursday in the northern Paris suburb of Epinay-sur-Seine, officials said.

The move stoked fresh concerns about an increase in antisemitic acts and hate crime against Jewish people in France.

Yemen’s Houthis are not letting up on their attacks on Israel or Israeli-linked shipping in the Red Sea, on Thursday once again launching a ballistic missile targeting Ben Gurion airport international airport in Tel Aviv.

The Shia militant group’s spokesman said it launched a “Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missile” targeting the country’s lone major international hub, the group’s military spokesman Yahya Saree described.

Pure terrorism. A civilian airport is not a military target. Why the ‘Western powers’ don’t just carpet-bomb that section of Yemen escapes me.

The families of three hostages have filed a NIS 20 million ($5.9 million) lawsuit against the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan.

“The International Criminal Court has become a branch of Hamas,” stated Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, founder and president of Shuran-HaDin Israel Law Center, the NGO representing the families.

“Through its direct actions, it has given the terror murderers tremendous backing,” she continued. “Khan’s goal is to prevent Israel from achieving the war’s objectives – the destruction of Hamas and the release of the hostages – by portraying it as a criminal state.”

The majority-Druze city of Suwayda in southern Syria has been cut off from essential supplies for more than a month after forces from the al-Qaeda-linked Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) captured Damascus in December 2024 and moved south.

On July 13, HTS fighters, led by Abu Mohammad al-Julani (Ahmed al-Sharaa) and backed by Turkey, attacked Suwayda and nearby villages. Local leaders say hundreds of civilians were killed, women and children abducted, and homes burned in targeted assaults on Druze and Christians.

Power and water infrastructure was destroyed, trade halted, and fuel deliveries blocked. Hospitals have been forced to operate with minimal diesel, while independent doctors report severe shortages of medicine and equipment. The Syrian Red Crescent’s local branch lost its main warehouse and vehicles, and aid now covers only about 10% of daily needs.

More than 100,000 people fled during the assault, straining host communities and exhausting food and water supplies. Many remain homeless after the destruction of over 30 villages.

In a July 18 appeal, Metropolitan Antonius of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Bosra Horan urged the international community to open humanitarian corridors: “We have no water, no food, no electricity — nothing at all.”

HTS, designated a terrorist group by the UN, US, and EU, was formed in 2017 from the al-Qaeda-affiliated Nusrah Front. Human rights groups warn Suwayda faces famine unless aid is allowed in.

In 2019 we advanced our understanding of the frauds in which Ilhan Omar is mired thanks to the Minnesota campaign finance board investigation and findings against her for penny-ante violations of applicable law. Among other things, we learned as a result of the investigation that Omar had filed joint tax returns in 2015 and 2016 with Ahmed Hirsi, to whom she was not married, while she was still married to Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. We believe that Elmi is her brother and that the marriage was a sham, which is how Omar treated it. It’s a scandal for the ages, or at least something new under the sun of political scandal.

One of Omar’s Republican colleagues in the state legislature — Steve Drazkowski — had filed complaints initiating the campaign finance board investigation. In an important story dated October 27, 2018 (published the following day, nine days before the election), Omar discussed Drazkowski’s complaints with former Star Tribune reporter Stephen Montemayor. Montemayor’s story appeared in the paper on the penultimate Sunday before the election under the headline “On the edge of making history, Ilhan Omar confronts fresh wave of scrutiny.”

Israel’s military released footage Tuesday (August 12), it says shows five armed militants in the Gaza Strip posing as U.S.-based World Central Kitchen’s workers, adding they were killed in a targeted airstrike.

Reuters was not able to independently confirm the date, location or the affiliations of the people in the video.

The military said it confirmed with the organization that the five were not affiliated with their operations.

A Syrian living at the now notorious Bell Hotel in Epping was charged with sexual assault on Wednesday, August 13th. Migrant Mohammed Sharwarq was arrested on Tuesday and remanded in custody, charged with two counts of common assault, four of assault by beating, and one count of sexual assault on a male over the course of the past three weeks.

The Bell Hotel became the focus of protests when another resident, 38-year-old Ethiopian Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, was charged with three sexual assaults on a minor in July. Kebatu crossed the Channel illegally on June 29, 2025, and is due to stand trial later this month at Colchester magistrates’ court for the sex crimes.

Both arrests have highlighted residents’ concerns about the local impact of large numbers of undocumented young men being concentrated in residential areas while their asylum claims are processed and subsequently fought over at migration tribunals. Against this backdrop, local protests look set to grow and increase pressure on Keir Starmer’s government.

The number of knife attacks in Germany continues to climb, with new figures from the Federal Police revealing a significant rise in violent crimes involving blades. Data shows a 17% increase in such incidents in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year.

According to data released in response to a parliamentary inquiry from AfD MP Martin Hess, the German Federal Police recorded 737 knife-related crimes between January and June 2025, which is 107 more than in the first six months of 2024.

Of the 737 total recorded crimes, 278 involved German suspects. Non-Germans were identified as suspects in 270 cases. Although they make up 14.86% of the population, they accounted for 36.64% of all suspects. Criminals from an immigrant background are overrepresented in almost all violent crime types in Germany.

When broken down by nationality, Syrian citizens represented the largest group among non-German suspects, with 29 cases. Afghans followed with 23 cases. Other nationalities of suspects included Turks, Ukrainians, Romanians, Moroccans, Algerians, Bulgarians and Tunisians.

The number of defendants charged in the massive Feeding Our Future fraud has now reached 73. Fifty have been convicted. Almost every defendant is a first- or second-generation Somali immigrant. In a case that has yet to be charged, Somalis figure prominently in a Minnesota Medicaid fraud that bears some of the hallmarks of the Feeding Our Future case, but nothing will ever top that one.

Somali Minnesotans are also featured in Minnesota’s apparent daycare fraud. In 2023 Deena Winter reported that about half of the defendants then charged in the Feeding Our Future case had been paid tens of millions more in state money for services such as providing child care and assisting seniors and people with disabilities.

I suppose some would consider it racist to point out this lack of diversity, even though Somalis are not a race. Somalia is a country. It also happens to be overwhelmingly Muslim, which is also not a race. But it’s a third-world country, a failed country, and one that even Somalis realize is the world’s most corrupt.

A 65-year-old Jewish man was beaten by three assailants on his way to a synagogue in Livry-Gargan on Saturday, August 9.

A car pulled up in front of the victim and two passengers got out, pretending to ask for directions. The man was then beaten and knocked to the ground, causing eye and facial injuries, while his Star of David and his chai (symbol of life) necklace was torn off.

The Livry-Gargan area in the Seine-Saint-Denis suburb has seen previous antisemitic attacks, including a targeted burglary. This mid-morning assault occurred close to the victim’s home.

It fits in with a wider pattern of growing antisemitic violence across France, prompting Hen Mazzig, author of The Wrong Kind of Jew and Senior Fellow at The Tel Aviv Institute, to ask

How many violent attacks must be reported before the world finally takes antisemitism seriously? … It breaks my heart to say this, but in today’s France, wearing a kippa in public is no longer safe.

The Camp of the Saints by Jean Raspail is one of the most interesting and controversial novels of the 20th century. Which is why it’s good news that Vauban Books, a small publishing house, is coming out with a new editiond, complete with a fresh translation by scholar Ethan Rundell. English-language copies of the book, first published in the U.S. in 1975, have been passed around like samizdat. The Camp of the Saints became popular again in the 2010s, but the rightsholders refused to reprint it until Vauban managed to secure the rights.

The Camp of the Saints depicts mass immigration destroying European civilization. In the novel a gigantic flotilla of boats filled with destitute Indians sets course for France to seek refugee status. After much handwringing, the government allows them to land rather than take the only other option available, which is to massacre them. France—and very quickly all of Europe—turns into a dystopian Third-World slum.

Raspail’s novel was written in the 1970s when the “boat people” fled Vietnam for Europe. The book caused an enormous sensation—it was a bestseller in France and the U.S., and eventually globally. Many have hailed it as a great and important work of prophecy. But, predictably, it was then and is now denounced as a horribly racist screed that only white supremacists would be interested in reading.

Contrary to the critics, The Camp of the Saints is a great novel, and Jean Raspail is a great writer. You should do yourself a favor and read it.

Cwan Hassan, a 42-year-old Syrian Kurd, is being tried for aggravated assault following an axe attack in the Swedish municipality of Sollefteå this May.

A whole 17 years before, an asylum application put forward by his family was rejected by the Swedish Migration Board, which found they did not meet the criteria. This decision was upheld in 2010, when a court found “serious credibility deficiencies” in the family’s accounts. It said these “could not be ignored.”

Another appeal to the Migration Court of Appeal also failed.

Yet, Hassan has remained in the country the whole time since the initial rejection. Remix reports that officials deemed deportation to be “unenforceable.” Because of this, he was granted permanent residence in 2012.

This pattern is being repeated all across Europe, including by others who have become the suspects of serious crimes.

A man in his 50s was left seriously injured in the May axe attack, the scene from which the perpetrator fled.

The story has barely been covered by the Swedish—never mind the wider European—press. The limited reports that do exist suggest that Hassan may now face deportation.

A Swede who did something like that in Syria would have been stomped into the dirt by an angry mob.

The number of people killed in the massacres in Syria’s Suwayda Governorate is still yet from being fully documented, as tensions continue to flare and the whole governorate is effectively on lockdown from the government. Talks aimed at addressing concerns about that situation are scheduled for this week in Amman, Jordan.

But while early reports were that a number of representatives of the Druze minority would be present for the talks, that turns out not to be the case, as the Syrian Islamist government has insisted only government representatives could participate, and therefore no Druze will be present.

Over the past few weeks, the UN, the EU, the media and Hamas banded together to demand that aid deliveries shift back from the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to the United Nations. The campaign played out with Hamas kidnapping, torturing and killing employees of the U.S. aid group, while the media spread false claims that Israel was using GHF distribution sites as ‘death traps’ for killing Gazans, and world leaders demanded that the UN be put back in charge of aid.

Back when the UN had been in charge it had faked its own famine by refusing to deliver food and letting it pile up instead. Since then the UN’s food aid has kept on piling up even while GHF, an American Christian aid group, has managed to deliver millions of meals to Gaza residents, despite being smeared by the media as “controversial” for feeding those whom the UN wouldn’t.

Whom was the UN actually delivering aid to back when it even bothered trying to deliver it?

The UNOPS ‘Mechanism for Gaza’ revealed that of the around 2,600 aid trucks entering Gaza, only 300 made it to their destination. 2,310 trucks or 88% of them were ‘intercepted’.

Much of the ‘aid’ being brought in by the UN and its allies, including the UN’s WFP, UNICEF, the International Red Cross, the International Medical Corps and the World Central Kitchen, whose founder Jose Andres, has been constantly attacking Israel in the media, was ‘intercepted’.

The UN World Food Programme (WFP), which has been front and center in the media, crying for more money and denouncing Trump and Israel, only successfully delivered 1,864 pallets of aid since May while losing 29,673 pallets or 93% of it to “interceptions”.

The UN’s WFP recently claimed that it has run out of food stocks and needs $265 million for just the next 6 months to feed Gaza. Where did its food stocks go?

Certainly not to aid stations.
