2. Once these African Babies reach marketable weight, they head north for Europe. Can’t say that I blame them.
3. European native populations are shrinking, not expanding, and the Ponzi scheme of modern welfare statism is going to come crashing down as Communism did sooner rather than later.
4. The Ruling Crust in Europe are hog-tied by their own ideology to the point where they can’t even think ‘Send ’em back’, much less actually take steps to do so. The realistic denizens of Europe are few and being actively marginalized as far-right/racist/neo-Nazi/BadThinkers, although they are growing as more of the proletariat realize that importing millions of Africans might just Turn Out Badly.
5. The Ruling Crust in Europe is also stymied by the knowledge that, if permitted to invade, these African babies will become dependable votes for the Party of Giving Out Free Stuff. They saw it work in Britain under Tony Blair, and they see no reason why it can’t work for them — except for that inconvenient Ponzi-scheme-aspect of the deal. Having a lock on driving the train doesn’t do you much good when the train hits the wall.

So — What’s a Eurocrat To Do? I don’t know. Neither do they, which is going to get very entertaining very quickly.
