The National Association of Scholars (NAS) presents a photo essay on a “black only” commencement exercise at Brown University. Known as “blackalaureate,” the event was held at a Providence hotel the day before actual commencement. Graduating African-American students were inducted into something called Onyx, an organization that celebrates the “transition from Black student to Black Alumni.”

During the real commencement, all the black and other “students of color” (except Asians) marched at the front of the processional, with the white students behind. According to NAS’s reporter, since 1979 Brown’s black students have been showcased at the front of the procession. Now, however, the lead group has expanded to include Native Americans and other students of color. This apparently does not include Asian or Asian American students, who were dispersed throughout the procession.

Notorious white woman formerly masquerading as African American president of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Washington, Rachel Dolezal, was disinvited from the Baltimore Book Festival after public outrage.

Rather than quietly remove Dolezal from the lineup, festival organizers publicly disavowed her in a Facebook post, citing reaction from attendees and authors as the reason for rescinding the invitation.

Dolezal was initially invited to the September festival to promote her autobiography, “In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World.” The book details Dolezal’s experiences being “‘outed’ as a white woman who had knowingly been ‘passing’ as Black” and chronicles “the path that led her from being a child of white evangelical parents to an NAACP chapter president and respected educator and activist who identifies as Black.”

My talk was canceled at DePaul because the president decided I was “too dangerous.” We created the Proud Boys to protect ourselves and others who were being attacked at speaking events by anarchists who hated our anti-big-government views. The mayor in Berkeley told the police to stand down. What do you expect us to do, say, “Yes, sir, may I have another?” every time someone tries to kill us? I’ve heard rumors the mayor of Portland is going to tell his police to stand down at some forthcoming alt-right events in his city. He’s using the Christian stabbings as proof that the right is violent, and claiming that having any related events would foster a little too much hatred for now. This is infuriating because it solidifies the lie and makes it part of history. The right isn’t violent. The left is. By allowing these sociopaths to shut down free speech with violence you are all but demanding a war. Okay, fine, you got it. It’s official. This is a war.
