A federal court in Pakistan on February 3rd granted custody of a 13-year-old Christian girl, Maria Shahbaz, to a Muslim man who had kidnapped her, converted her to Islam, and ‘married’ her.

Judges rejected the birth certificate Maria’s parents provided, which proved her age. Furthermore, the judges disregarded earlier judicial findings that the marriage was illegal, Safdar Chaudhry, chairperson of rights group Raah-e-Nijaat Ministry, told Christian Daily International–Morning Star News.

Such cases follow a recurring pattern. Every year in Pakistan, an estimated 1,000 girls and young women from religious minorities (many of whom are Christians) face abduction, rape, forced marriage to their much older abductors, coerced conversion to Islam, and various other forms of abuse. Victims are as young as seven and include girls with disabilities. Families often never see their loved ones again because the police rarely act and the courts frequently fail victims. Survivors endure shame, PTSD, and social stigma in Pakistan’s honor-based culture.

One of Gaza’s last functioning large hospitals condemned the move by an international organization to pull out of operations over concerns about armed men, claiming on Sunday that the hospital had installed civil police for security.

Of course they did. That’s standard operating procedure for Muslim terrorists. Schools, hospitals, mosques, any building that might trigger hand-wringing from Woke white people are fair game.

In November, a “WarRoom” clip exposed two Sharia courts in Texas, operating for years and handling hundreds of cases.

While legal if both parties agree, Muslim women often face strong pressure to use Sharia courts over county courts. Under strict Sharia, women inherit less, divorce is difficult, and testimony counts for less. Refusal can lead to honor-based abuse—shaming, threats, beatings, or rarely, “honor killings.”

Texas sees hundreds of unreported cases annually. For many women, signing is survival, not consent. On Nov. 19, Gov. Greg Abbott called for investigations. Three months later, and there have been no charges. Arbitrations continue quietly, and no woman has spoken out.

Fear keeps these stories hidden.

On Nov. 18, Abbott became the first governor to label the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorist groups.

The move blocks them from buying land, state funds, or public contracts. Cy-Fair ISD cut ties, nonprofits halted grants, and CAIR sued for defamation. On Jan. 28, Abbott asked Attorney General Ken Paxton to revoke their nonprofit status. The groups are still active, and while the crackdown is real, it has mostly been symbolic so far.

The teenager is accused of the attempted murder of two boys, aged 12 and 13. He is also charged with possession of a knife on school premises without good reason or lawful authority, and also accused of unlawfully and maliciously administering a noxious thing to a third child with a harmful, unidentified liquid. Reports say that the defendant shouted “Allahu Akbar”—or something similar—during the attack.

Probably just a coincidence. In the old days British schoolboys were drilled in Latin and Greek; nowadays they are drilled (if they are drilled at all) in Arabic and Urdu.

Local leaders, including the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and Brent Council leader Muhammed Butt, expressed their shock over the incident. The mayor also urged anyone with information to contact the police, adding: “There is no honour in staying silent.”

One of the hottest commodities in the military, or even for civilian contractors, is having a vehicle down range when you are deployed in the Middle East. Anyone who is someone has their own Ford F-150, especially those in leadership, as a work vehicle for driving around a military base. If you were deployed in Afghanistan, you were lucky if you had a truck to share to get from your dorm to work; if not, you were stuck either walking for 20 minutes in your battle rattle gear with your weapon or riding a packed school bus with your fellow service men and women.

While everyone would have preferred their own vehicle, like back in the US, it would have cost too much. Even still, the United States spent nearly $10 billion on vehicles and aircraft in Afghanistan between 2010-2020, which does not even cover the cost of fuel, parts, maintenance, or even the shipping of the vehicles. Therefore, it was generally accepted that dragging your feet through the desert or sweating your butt off on the bus ride was a logical part of the “suck” in deployments. Yet, then, on the American Forces Network news, you would see an Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) caravan consisting of hundreds of Toyota trucks parading through the deserts. These vehicles were not the stereotypical filthy beat-up trucks but shiny new Toyota pick-up trucks and SUVs, particularly the Toyota Hilux. Violent non-state actors (VNSA), such as ISIS, were capable of acquiring Westernized vehicles through various means of raising funds and global logistical networks. The Toyota Hilux was particularly preferred due to its performance and looks.

Toyota has never sold the Hilux new in the United States since the 1990s, when it shifted focus to the Tacoma midsize pickup, which fills a similar role but is tailored for U.S. regulations and preferences. The main barriers include the 25% “Chicken Tax” tariff on imported light trucks, which makes it uneconomical, plus differences in safety standards, emissions rules, and Toyota’s strategy to produce the Tacoma locally.

A damning new report from ISGAP Action has thrust Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) back into the spotlight, this time with allegations that extend beyond rhetoric and directly involve national security.

The nonpartisan group released findings that detail what it describes as a disturbing and recurring pattern of connections between the “Squad” member and individuals and organizations tied to designated terrorist groups, including Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

“As a sitting member of the United States Congress, Tlaib’s repeated engagement with figures who promote or excuse terrorism and antisemitic ideology presents a challenge to the integrity of democratic institutions, congressional ethics, and national security,” the report’s executive summary states.

The report raises serious questions about whether her presence in Congress poses a risk to national security and whether she has crossed a line that should trigger expulsion.

Trump’s repeated threats to bomb Iran seem to have resulted in some Iranian officials abandoning ship. There have been reports of two such recent instances.

In the latest, Iran’s chargé d’affaires in Vienna, Gholamreza Derikvand, abruptly abandoned his post and is reportedly seeking asylum in Switzerland for himself and his family.

The Iranian government has not confirmed this, however, and Iran’s Foreign Ministry has simply said amid the speculation of the diplomat’s sudden absence that it is “avoiding discussing the case or claiming ignorance due to fear of intelligence agencies.”

Derikvand’s colleagues told Iran International that Derikvand was widely seen as a rising figure within Iran’s diplomatic corps and could have been promoted to ambassador had he stayed on. His résumé includes a previous stint as chargé d’affaires at Iran’s embassy in the Czech Republic from 2011 to 2014.

Authorities in Greece have announced a major operation to identify and shut down all illegal mosques in the Municipality of Athens, alongside deporting the foreign nationals operating them.

The initiative was confirmed by Greece’s Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Thanos Plevris, during a parliamentary committee meeting discussing a legal immigration bill.

The crackdown follows a recent case in Agios Nikolaos, where a Bangladeshi national had his legal residence permit revoked for running an unlicensed place of worship. The site was sealed by police, and the individual was sentenced to prison for operating the mosque without authorization. Plevris stated that “what happened in Agios Nikolaos will happen everywhere.”

A Greek Coast Guard vessel and a boat carrying migrants collided in the Aegean Sea, killing 15 people, according to authorities on Wednesday, February 4th—updating the previous death toll.

The incident occurred on Tuesday off the island of Chios, near Turkey. According to a Coast Guard statement, the pilot of a high-speed boat—operating without navigation lights and carrying foreign passengers—failed to comply with the Coast Guard’s visual and audible signals.

Instead, the pilot turned around, and the boat then collided with the starboard side of the Coast Guard patrol boat…. the force of the impact caused the boat to capsize and sink.

Fourteen bodies were retrieved from the sea, including three women. Another woman, who was pulled out alive, later died of her injuries, the coastguard reported. Among those rescued were 11 children who have been taken to a hospital, along with two injured coastguards.

The tragedy follows an earlier incident in January, where a boat carrying more than 50 migrants sank off the Greek island of Ikaria.

A former town mayor helped her son to hide evidence when he was arrested at her home for raping a 15-year-old girl, a court was told.

Naheed Ejaz, 61, who had recently completed her one-year term as mayor of Bracknell Forest in Berkshire, allegedly refused to let police officers into her home when they came to arrest her son, Diwan Khan, 41.

The Labour councillor delayed the officers’ entry for “some minutes” and spoke to her son in Urdu to assist him in hiding his phone, which allegedly had a video of the sex attack on it, the court was told.

Urdu is the dialect of Hindi used in Pakistan, differing chiefly by being written in Arabic script rather than Devanagari. Presumably these two are Muslim.

A majority of French people support a ban on organizations linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. According to a new survey, 53% of respondents are in favor, 23% opposed, and 24% did not express an opinion.

The research, published as an Ifop survey for the magazine Écran de veille, shows French Muslims are divided on the issue, with 38% supporting the ban, 43% opposing it, and 19% undecided. They were also split on the potential effects: 48% said it could reduce conflation between Islam and Islamism, while 47% believe it could strengthen national cohesion and respect for the laws of the Republic. At the same time, 51% think it would not reduce communitarianism.

Opponents cited concerns about discrimination against Muslims (41%) and the possible emergence of radical Islamist currents, although 49% and 57% respectively disagreed.

France has issued arrest warrants for two French-Israeli activists for “complicity in genocide,” a charge that stemmed from the pair allegedly blocking humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip.

The arrest warrants were issued in July against Nili Kupfer-Naouri, the president of the organization Israel Is Forever, and Rachel Touitou, an activist with the organization Tsav 9, a right-wing Israeli group that was sanctioned by the United States in June 2024 for destroying humanitarian aid for Gaza.

The two have been charged with “complicity in genocide” and “public and direct incitement to genocide,” the French newspaper Le Monde reported on Monday. They are accused of trying to block humanitarian aid trucks from entering Gaza between January and November 2024 and in May 2025.

An array of activists, including military reservists and family members of some hostages, sought to block the aid trucks from entering Gaza on the theory that helping Gazans would alleviate pressure on Hamas.

In an interview with i24News, Kupfer-Naouri said, “I blocked trucks that were supplying Hamas. If I had to do it again, I would do it again.” (Israel accused Hamas of stealing aid shipments to Gaza during the conflict.)

The warrants are notable because they represent a success by advocacy organizations seeking to hold Israelis responsible for what they say are war crimes. The warrants stemmed from a complaint made last year by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights and the groups Al-Mezan and Al-Haq, which were all sanctioned by the United States in September for having “directly engaged in efforts by the International Criminal Court to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute Israeli nationals, without Israel’s consent.”

In a joint statement with the French Jewish Union for Peace, which joined the complaint, the groups called the arrest warrant against Kupfer-Naouri “a historic step forward in the fight against impunity.”

This ‘fight against impunity’ apparently ignores the ongoing attempted genocide against Jews by ‘Palestinians’ and other Muslims.

A plastic pig displayed in the window of a newly opened delicatessen on the Piazza dei Signori in the Italian city of Padua has triggered a local controversy after a senior representative of the city’s Muslim community called for its removal, arguing that it is offensive and inappropriate.

The pig, placed in the window of the deli Mortadella… e Non Solo, is used to advertise the shop’s sandwiches and cured meats, which are primarily made from pork.

According to Il Giornale, Salim El Mauoed, the regional vice president of Padua’s Muslim community, urged both the shop’s owners and local authorities to intervene, describing the display as “in bad taste” and offensive to Muslims who pass through the area.

Sabina Khan, a councillor in the Labour-dominated London borough of Tower Hamlets, has been carrying out most of her duties ‘remotely’ from Bangladesh for the past eight months, while continuing to receive her full council allowance, Daily Mail reports.

Khan receives a total of £20,600 a year in allowances. This includes £11,898 as a basic councillor’s allowance and an additional £8,702 linked to her role as Scrutiny Lead for Resources, which involves overseeing council spending. According to the Daily Mail, Khan has spent most of the past eight months in the Bangladeshi city of Sylhet, rarely attending council meetings in person and instead joining remotely, sending a proxy, or missing meetings altogether.

The newspaper reports that Khan is seeking to pursue her ambition of becoming a member of parliament in Bangladesh and has been actively campaigning for the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Videos shared on social media show her speaking at rallies and taking part in campaign events, while she plans to retain her council seat until the local elections in May. Several local government sources have described the situation as “scandalous.” Khan, GB News reported in November last year, in fact failed to win the BNP nomination.

Communities Secretary Steve Reed said it was “shocking” for a councillor to abandon her constituents in order to pursue a political career in another country. Khan has argued that British law does not prohibit political activity abroad and that she has continued to serve her constituents remotely.

The latest controversy further damages the reputation of Tower Hamlets’ leadership, long overshadowed by allegations of corruption and poor governance.

A 25-year-old South Sudanese migrant killed an 18-year-old woman in a fatal subway attack in Hamburg on Thursday evening, after seizing her and pulling her with him into the track bed in front of an incoming train. Both the victim and the perpetrator died at the scene. German police are investigating the case as a suspected homicide.

A Sudanese asylum seeker has been sentenced to a minimum of 29 years in prison after murdering hotel worker Rhiannon Skye Whyte at Bescot Stadium station in Walsall, England in October 2024.

Deng Chol Majek—an illegal migrant from Somalia who had been in the UK for less than three months—stabbed the 27-year-old mother of a five-year-old son 23 times with a screwdriver. Eleven of the blows struck her head, one piercing her brainstem. Whyte survived for three days in hospital before succumbing to her injuries.

Majek followed Whyte from the Park Inn Hotel, where she worked and he was housed as an asylum seeker, to the station. CCTV footage and witness testimony showed him returning to the hotel in bloodied clothing, then “drinking, smoking and chatting” with friends. After the attack, he threw her phone into a river and left her for dead.

The first report describes a planned disruption by pro-Palestinians of next month’s opening ceremony for the Winter Olympics in Milan.

An Islamic centre is under investigation after hosting an event where Hezbollah phone cases and pro-Iranian regime key rings were sold.

The Islamic Centre of England, a registered charity, held a “community bazaar” which it described as a “vibrant space for cultural interaction, the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and the strengthening of national and religious identity”.

But The Telegraph has obtained a dossier of images showing items on sale at the event, which include phone cases with silhouette photos of Hassan Nasrallah, the former secretary-general of Hezbollah, who was killed by Israel in 2024.

Hezbollah, a terrorist organisation based in southern Lebanon, is proscribed by the UK government meaning it is a criminal offence to display images that seemingly support the group.

Elsewhere at the bazaar were stickers featuring the apparent silhouettes of other Hezbollah commanders, including Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force, who was killed in a US air strike in January 2020.

Coptic Christians are deeply rooted in ancient Egyptian traditions through language, liturgical music, and ritual symbolism. They have preserved a cultural identity that long predates the Islamic conquest of Egypt.

Copts were some of the earliest followers of Christianity due to St. Mark bringing the Gospel to Egypt. Since then, Egypt has been home to many of the greatest Christian theologians, including Athanasius, Anthony (of the desert), and Cyril the Great.

As descendants of the ancient Egyptians, Copts have lived in their homeland for several millennia. They have survived persecution since the first Arab Muslim invasion in the seventh century as well as the subsequent invasions of the Mamluks and Ottoman Turks.

There are currently around 15,000,000 Copts in Egypt, making them both the largest Christian and the largest non-Muslim community in the Middle East and North Africa.

Egypt’s Copts are today amongst the most severely persecuted communities in the world. They live as second-class citizens in their ancestral homeland, marginalized both institutionally and socially.

They face abduction, forced disappearance, unlawful arrests, torture, rape, pressure to convert to Islam, mob attacks, and discrimination. But as Caroline Doss, president of the organization Coptic Solidarity, notes, in the face of these human rights violations, “the response of the Egyptian government is often slow, weak, or completely absent.” Violence against Coptic Christians is rarely punished. This increases their exposure to repeated attacks and extends impunity to their attackers.

I am told that it is commonplace for Coptic female children to have a cross tattooed on their hands in order to prevent them being abducted, forcibly ‘converted’ to Islam, and married off to middle-aged Muslim men.

A Muslim activist who was jailed for his part in an armed terror plot is standing to become a Birmingham councillor in May.

Shahid Butt was imprisoned for five years in 1999 for conspiring to bomb the British consulate, an Anglican church and a Swiss-owned hotel in Yemen.

Yemeni prosecutors said the gang had been sent to commit violence by Abu Hamza, the hate preacher, who was the father of one of the convicted men.

Mr Butt has been unveiled as a candidate for an alliance of independents set to contest about 20 seats in the Birmingham city council election on May 7.

The Palestinian Authority (PA) attempted to hide payments to terrorists and their families last year despite its president’s claim that such transactions had ended, according to the U.S. State Department.

A nonpublic State Department notice provided to Congress and obtained by The Washington Free Beacon determined that the PA paid more than $200 million to terrorists and their families in 2025, the same year PA President Mahmoud Abbas publicly claimed he had dismantled the long-criticized “pay-to-slay” program.

Rather than ending the payments, U.S. officials concluded the PA quietly shifted them to a newly branded system designed to evade donor scrutiny as the Ramallah-based government sought influence in postwar Gaza.

Israeli intelligence assessed that $144 million was funneled to terrorists and their families in 2024, with at least $214 million committed through 2025.

According to financial disclosures filed last year, Rep. Ilhan Omar’s net worth has surged in recent years. Omar reported that her husband held stakes valued between $6 million and $30 million in a venture capital firm and a winery. That sudden and dramatic increase in wealth has now drawn scrutiny. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) plans to open an investigation into how such a meteoric rise occurred so quickly, and she is also under criminal investigation by the Department of Justice.

The existence of the federal probe became public after President Donald Trump mentioned it in a Truth Social post on Monday. Trump wrote, “the DOJ and Congress are looking at ‘Congresswoman’ Illhan Omar, who left Somalia with NOTHING, and is now reportedly worth more than 44 Million Dollars. Time will tell all.”

The 2025 immigration figures for France have just been published, and, unsurprisingly, they paint a catastrophic picture, with a constant and sustained increase in arrivals on French territory. However, these figures only cover legal immigration: if we add estimates of illegal arrivals, it becomes clear that the feeling of being overwhelmed by an invasion experienced by many French people is not just a figment of their imagination.

France issued 384,230 first residence permits—valid for up to 12 months—last year, an increase of 11.2% over the previous year. This figure is essential because it is the ultimate indicator for measuring legal immigration, as Nicolas Pouvreau-Monti, director of the Observatory of Immigration and Demography, points out in an interview for Atlantico. It does not include renewals of residence permits, European foreigners, or minors, which means that it is actually a low estimate of the number of arrivals.

The increase, which is substantial over one year, is even more impressive from a long-term perspective. The number of residence permits granted in 2025 is about three times higher than the number of new residence permits granted 30 years ago.

Emmanuel Macron is not solely responsible for this situation. The increase in immigration began well before he came to power. However, there has been a clear acceleration since he took office.

A Pakistani asylum seeker who was living in taxpayer-funded accommodation last year raped a vulnerable 18-year-old woman while she was alone in a park in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Before being convicted on Monday, Sheraz Malik, 28, had his asylum status hidden from the public by Judge Nirmal Shant, who prevented the press from reporting on it until the end of his trial.

But Lee Anderson, Reform MP for the constituency in which this crime took place, revealed his status last summer, asking: “Why would it affect the trial … I will not shut up and do not care about the consequences.”

The 17-year-old “Virginian” pictured above is named Fasihullah Safar. Although he hails from Virginia, the jihad attack that brought about his arrest was perpetrated in New Jersey, which is more thoroughly Islamized than Virginia.

“Safar” is an Arab surname, but based on his mug shot, there is probably an admixture of more diverse DNA among young Fasihullah’s antecedents, perhaps an imported (or enslaved) bride from Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines.

The young mujahid not only yelled “Allahu Akhbar” during his knife attack on police officers (Patch felt obliged to explain that “Muslims have denounced the phrase’s usage as a battle cry in acts of terrorism”), he also proclaimed his devotion to the Islamic State during his testimony in court, and expressed his desire to join the group. As a result, it’s difficult for law enforcement and the news media to claim that the motive for the assault is unknown — you can’t find a clearer declaration of Islamic jihad. And in this case there has been no attempt to write the youngster’s behavior off as mental illness: he pleaded guilty to attempted murder and was sentenced to eighteen years in the slammer.

One wonders how many generations separate young Fasihullah from the ancestors who first arrived in the USA. Britain’s experience with the 7/7 attackers suggests that it would not be at all unusual if the youngster is a second- or third-generation Muslim who was “radicalized”. Such radicalization may occur online, but it can also happen simply by his engaging in the devout study of Islamic scriptures under the tutelage of an imam at the local mosque. Unless an immigrant family completely abandons its affiliation with Islam — which almost never happens — later generations are likely to become ardent practitioners of jihad.

Dozens of protesters have been arrested for trespassing at HMP Wormwood Scrubs during a demonstration in support of a Palestine Action prisoner on hunger strike.

Some members of the group got into a lobby at the west London prison on Saturday night, banging lockers and chanting through megaphones.

Scotland Yard said that some demonstrators had threatened police officers and refused to leave the site when asked, preventing access for prison officers.

However, the protesters said they had been kettled by the Metropolitan Police and subjected to forceful arrest in the course of a peaceful protest. The Met said it had arrested 86 people for aggravated trespass.

Leftist protesters have a very strange definition of ‘peaceful’.

London police confirmed on Sunday, January 25th that 86 protesters were arrested after entering the grounds of Wormwood Scrubs prison in West London during a demonstration supporting the Palestine Action prisoner on hunger strike there.

Demonstrators reportedly refused to leave when ordered by officers, blocked prison staff from entering and exiting the facility, and several were seen inside a staff-only area of a building within the site.

The Metropolitan Police said the arrests were made on suspicion of aggravated trespass and stressed that while security was not compromised, the disruption and threats directed at officers and staff were “deeply concerning.”

The protest centred on support for Muhammad Umer Khalid who, according to advocacy group Prisoners for Palestine, has been on hunger strike for more than two weeks. The Ministry of Justice reminded observers that Palestine Action is banned under UK anti-terrorism law following earlier protests and alleged criminal activity.

The following story concerns an instance of Muslim-on-Muslim violence that occurred last night in Antwerp. The Kurds who were on the receiving end of the attack identify the “terror” against them as being perpetrated by mujahideen for the Islamic State. Under other circumstances, however (e.g. Mullah Krekar in Norway), Kurds are the ones who promote and carry out terrorism. So this was just an intramural skirmish amongst Muslim factions, and also a reminder that any Muslim who devoutly studies his religion’s scripture may well take up “terrorism”.

It makes me mutter to myself: “Why can’t they both lose?”

And it also makes me say in exasperation: “Why in the world is there a ‘Kurdish community’ in Antwerp?”

Republican Reps. Chip Roy and Keith Self of Texas voiced their support for Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s efforts to crack down on Islamic groups accused of having ties to terrorist organizations.

On Wednesday, Abbott urged an independent school district to sever ties with the Council on Arab Islamic Relations after administrators planned to hold the “Islamic Games” sporting event. In 2025, he signed legislation to designate CAIR as a terrorist organization over their ties to Hamas and blocked Islamic Sharia Law only developments in Texas.

CAIR announced that they aspire to take Abbott “to a court of law” for “crossing every line of basic decency” through his “campaign of hate.”

But Roy and Self believe Abbott was right to act.

Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University graduate and Palestinian protest organizer whose immigration arrest last year made national headlines, will be re-arrested and deported to Algeria, Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said on Newsnation.

Khalil, a Syrian-born Algerian citizen of Palestinian descent, was arrested by federal immigration officers last March after Secretary of State Marco Rubio claimed his presence would have “serious adverse foreign policy consequences” for the United States.

In a statement, Khalil’s legal team disputed whether he could be legally detained or deported while the appeals process has not concluded. In the statement, they said the government’s actions “reinforce its disdain for the First Amendment rights of people engaged in peaceful protest.”

The 30-year-old former student, who is a lawful permanent U.S. resident, was the first of several immigrant university students at Columbia and across the country to be targeted for deportation over their pro-Palestinian activism.

I posted last summer about the death of a 16-year-old Ukrainian girl named Liana K. in the German city of Göttingen. The unfortunate young lady was murdered when she was pushed in front of a speeding train by an Iraqi named Muhammad A. (like most accused offenders in Europe, young Muhammad’s surname is only one letter long).

It’s yet another case that has a Mohammed Coefficient of 100%.

At the time he committed the crime, Mr. A’s mental condition was considered questionable, and whether he could be tried for the murder was up in the air. Now it’s official: the young migrant is a loony, and cannot be held criminally responsible.

Somali fraud in Minneapolis began long before the cases that have been making nationwide headlines. And one of the first cases involved the abuse of Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) by day cares with fraud amounting to an estimated $100 million in 2015.

Minnesota Child Care Services which got its license in 2012 and a year later was already the single largest recipient of (CCAP) funds for the next two years during which time it also accumulated ‘corrections’ for not keeping proper staff records, staff qualifications, cleanliness and crib violations, was one of a number of organizations targeted in the fraud investigations.

Investigators also discovered that during just one two week period the Somali day care center billed “for 950 children who did not actually attend the center”, that it billed for children on days when no children attended, and the center was also accused of providing kickbacks to parents.

As part of an agreement, the day care center pled guilty to one charge of theft by swindle and

Abdirizak Ahmed Gayre, its director, and Ibrahim Awgab Osman, its assistant director, were barred from “working or having an ownership interest in any licensed child care provider in Minnesota” for only two years.

A Stockholm court on Wednesday sentenced a 19-year-old Syrian-Swedish man to seven years and ten months in prison for plotting a terrorist attack on the Stockholm Culture Festival on behalf of the Islamic State. The district court found him guilty of planning the bombing as well as “aggravated participation in a terrorist organisation.”

According to the court, the planned attack could have seriously harmed Sweden, aiming “to instill grave fear in a segment of the population in Sweden that does not share IS’s ideology.” The man had pleaded guilty to the charges.

Evidence presented showed that he had secured financing, conducted reconnaissance at Kungstradgarden park in central Stockholm, and recorded a “martyr video” intended for publication after the attack. He also possessed instructions and components for making explosives, and had purchased clothing and a body camera to record the assault.

report published by the Institute of Women, an agency under the Ministry of Equality, openly defends the wearing of the Islamic hijab in classrooms and goes a step further by publicly naming schools that have limited or banned it.

The document, “‘Hands Off That!’: Discrimination Against Young Muslim Women Wearing the Hijab in the Education System,” presents these restrictions not as neutral disciplinary decisions, but as cases of institutional discrimination. According to the report, opposition to the hijab is rooted in “Islamophobia,” described as a form of cultural racism that targets Muslims—or those perceived to be Muslim—within Spain’s education system.

The report directly challenges long-standing justifications used by schools, including uniform policies, common dress codes, and the preservation of a neutral learning environment. These arguments, it claims, are selectively applied and disproportionately affect Muslim girls.

The army of Syria’s new government has released thousands of former members of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS) who were being held in prisons in the country’s northeast. Many of those freed previously fought alongside Islamist militias that are now part of the power structure in Damascus.

The development, confirmed by multiple local and regional sources, marks a turning point after months of reassuring messages to the international community about the supposed “moderation” of the new authorities.

Sweden has officially stopped all taxpayer-funded grants to the aid organization Islamic Relief Sweden (IRS) following concerns that individuals within the group may have links to anti-democratic or violent activities. Over the past decade, the organization had received nearly 1.3 billion kronor (€121.2?million) from Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.

In 2024 alone, IRS received 191 million kronor (€17.8?million), which accounted for almost 70% of its total revenue from public funds and private fundraising.

Sida confirmed that the organization does not meet the criteria ensuring there are no ties to violent extremism or anti-democratic behavior. “Since the government’s guidance clearly states that such connections are not compatible with support under these strategies, Islamic Relief Sweden has had its applications rejected within the framework of the partner selection processes for the CSO and HUM strategies,” explained Inga-Lill Hagberg, press secretary at Sida.

The suspected links were identified in a review by the Centre Against Violent Extremism (CVE), which found that individuals connected to IRS or its networks had or previously had connections to “violent extremism or anti-democratic environments,” including links to the United Islamic Associations in Sweden (FIFS) and the Islamic Association in Sweden (IFIS). Some of these links were through relatives.

Non-Muslims see aid to Muslims as charity granted to poorer and more backward people.

Muslims see non-Muslim aid to Muslims as a form of jizyah, the tax that non-Muslims pay to Muslims in the Dar al-Islam, testifying to their inferior status. They don’t see it as charity for which they ought to be grateful; they see it as their right, mandated by God.

The Somali diaspora behaves in roughly the same fashion wherever it washes up in the West. In this case, the Westerpark neighborhood of Amsterdam was culturally enriched by a mischievous Somali youth who imposed his amorous intentions on an unwilling young lady — to the point where he is now on trial for rape and attempted murder. It was only due to her fierce indomitable spirit that the object of his affections is still alive.

An imam who signed off on an illegal marriage ceremony involving two teenagers has been sentenced for his part in the crime. Appearing before Northampton Crown Court, Ashraf Osmani pleaded guilty last year to two counts of causing a child to enter into a marriage in November 2023.

The court heard Osmani, who presided over the Islamic Nikah service, agreed to allow the ceremony between two 16-year-olds to take place after learning they had been turned away from another mosque. Osmani, an imam at Northampton’s Central Mosque, claimed he was ignorant of a law change that had come in months before he allowed the youngsters to tie the knot, which hiked the legal minimum requirement of marriage to 18.

The court was told the 52-year-old agreed to marry the couple, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and charged them £50 for a certificate. Following the non-legally binding ceremony, the court heard how the couple celebrated with friends afterwards.

A German opponent of Islam may face a reduction in his salary following a proposal from Bundestag President Julia Klöckner (CDU).

Michael Stürzenberger—who survived a jihadist knife attack in May 2024—currently works for Erhard Brucker, an Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) Bundestag member. The Bundestag administration has classified Stürzenberger, along with six other employees, as “unreliable,” prompting Klöckner to call for their pay to be cut.

Stürzenberger and other AfD staff had their parliamentary passes revoked after the administration expressed concerns that access to the Bundestag could be abused for “unconstitutional purposes.” Stürzenberger, known for his criticism of Islam prior to joining the AfD, has been previously listed in the Bavarian Report for the Protection of the Constitution under a special category concerning “Islamophobia relevant to constitutional protection.”

The May 2024 Mannheim attack left police officer Rouven Laur dead and five others wounded. The assailant, 26-year-old Afghan national Sulaiman Ataee, was sentenced to life in prison for murder and attempted murder. Ataee had been radicalised over several years, strongly identifying with the Islamic State group, and specifically targeting Stürzenberger and attendees of his rally.

Former ISIS bride Shamima Begum ‘could be freed’ from the Syrian detention camp where she is beig held, it’s been reported.

The move has been mentioned after violent clashes have reportedly erupted outside the prison walls, reports The Daily Star.

Begum, 26, was stripped of her British citizenship in 2019. She had travelled to Syria to join the terrorist group as a teenage ISIS bride.

She is currently being held in the al-Roj detention camp in north-east Syria, but may be released as struggles with Islamic State continue.

Dutch students forced to live side-by-side with 125 refugees in a woke government plan to aid the refugees’ ‘integration’ were subjected to years of sexual assault and violence, according to an investigation.

The experiment – held at Stek Oost located in the Watergraafsmeer district of Amsterdam – placed a total of 125 students and 125 refugees together, where they were encouraged to ‘buddy up’ so that the migrants would quickly assimilate into life in the Netherlands.

The Trump administration is reportedly considering offering asylum to British Jews, citing concerns over rising antisemitism in the United Kingdom. Robert Garson, Donald Trump’s personal lawyer and a board member of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, told The Telegraph that he had been in talks with the State Department about providing sanctuary for Jews fleeing hostility in the UK. Garson, who was born in Manchester and now resides in Florida, said he believed the UK was “no longer a safe place for Jews.”

The discussion follows a series of incidents, including an Islamist attack on a Manchester synagogue and antisemitic demonstrations in the wake of the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel. Garson argued that a lack of enforcement by British authorities and perceived political inaction has left many Jewish people vulnerable. He also criticized the Crown Prosecution Service and Prime Minister Keir Starmer for failing to address antisemitism effectively.

Garson accused the Crown Prosecution Service for not taking legal action, saying it had failed to uphold the law in its refusal to bring charges against protesters “on the streets of Britain who had glorified in the rape or death of Jews” after the 2023 Hamas attacks.

Congress created Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to briefly assist those in need. Shakespeare warned, “Ingratitude is monstrous; and for the multitude to be ingrateful, were to make a monster of the multitude.” In the case of TPS, “multitude” is correct. As of January 2025, approximately 1.4 million foreign nationals in the United States were shielded from removal under the program.

The Trump administration decided to terminate TPS for several countries, with Somalia as the most recent. That choice is the right step in a long-overdue course correction for an immigration program that previous administrations exploited far past its statutory purpose.

Somalia was first designated for TPS in 1991, following political turmoil and the outbreak of civil war. At the time, granting temporary protection to Somali nationals already present in the United States was an act of kindness.

Over three decades later, Somalis remained dependent on the charity extended to them by the United States and distorted the TPS program beyond recognition from its original legislative intent.

Migrants are vastly overrepresented in UK crime statistics, with new data revealing they are the suspects in 80% of all train theft arrests despite making up just 10% of the population.

Analysis from the Centre for Migration Control (CMC) shows that foreign nationals accounted for 79.3% of arrests for theft of passenger property across Britain’s transport network during 2024–2025.

A total of 9,771 arrests were recorded by British Transport Police over the period. Of these, 3,688 involved foreign nationals, representing 37.7% of all arrests. Migrants also accounted for 36.6% of arrests for sexual offences, 35.7% for violent crimes, and 39.6% for drug-related offences. In raw numbers, this equates to 225 migrant arrests for sexual offences, 900 for violence, 187 for drugs, and 304 for theft of passenger property.

Robert Bates, Research Director of the CMC, told GB News: “Immigration has caused a crime wave on British trains and public transport. Immigrants are vastly overrepresented in arrest figures, particularly when it comes to theft.”
