Everyone now knows that Neil Ferguson of England’s Imperial College is one of the villains of the coronavirus disaster of 2020. He produced an epidemiological model that was absurdly off the mark, predicting 500,000 deaths from the virus in the U.K., and more than 2 million in the U.S. Unfortunately, Ferguson’s model was the basis for harsh shutdowns in the U.K. and other countries, probably including the U.S. Most people also know that Ferguson is a world-class hypocrite, as he violated his own social distancing rules to engage in illicit trysts with his married lover, a left-wing political activist.
Conservatives and Republicans who are expecting fairness and Marquess of Queensberry rules in either the political arena or the public square won’t find it.
Saturday’s New York Times cheered on the no-limits left-wing spending wishlist of congressional Democrats in “G.O.P.’s Slow Approach To Aid Risks Blowback” by congressional reporter Carl Hulse. It is Hulse’s favorite type of story, one he has written and rewritten constantly over the years: Democrats in Congress pressuring Republicans to cave in on one thing or another — immigration, spending, taxes, etc.
As journalists have come under attack for accepting and forwarding Chinese propaganda about the coronavirus they unleashed from Wuhan, the National Association of Black Journalists was forced on Tuesday to cancel a panel discussion with CNN host Van Jones and former CNN analyst Roland Martin on the “rise of misinformation” on the virus when it became controversial due to its financial backer — Huawei, a telecom giant connected to the Chinese communist government that’s been indicted for racketerring and conspiracy to steal trade secrets.
One of the most astonishing aspects of the Pandemic Panic is the number of certifiable Crustians who are willing to shill for the Communist Chinese.
David Rutz has put together a hilarious Washington Free Beacon SUPERcuts video of Brian Stelter calling out conservatives for their obsession with the Russia probe (via Twitter below). The video has struck a nerve; it has garnered more than 1.5 million viewers on Twitter. It is also posted here on YouTube. There are a lot of us out here laughing at and hating on Brian Stelter and CNN. This is an instant boomerang classic.
I’m still not convinced that Stelter isn’t a Seinfeld character that wandered into a CNN studio by mistake.
The Washington Post on Tuesday unleashed a nasty broadside against Florida’s popular conservative Governor. Writer Ben Terris and Josh Dawsey compared Ron DeSantis to the “oafish” Florida Man satire of dumb people in the sunshine state. The online headline sneered, “Does Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis know what he’s doing? We’re about to find out.”
All the while supporting senile serial groper “Fingers” Joe Biden. Makes you wonder.
There’s no shortage of examples of our garbage media at work, but now and then a few examples start to pile up to the point it trips my annoyance threshold.
That’s because ‘capitalism’ (and God knows how they define it) would allow someone from the laboring classes to attain the wealth that they have. It’s all about who’s on top.
From the New York Times “Parenting” page, yet another Asian-American woman writer with a white husband brags complains about how her daughter looks white and that concerns her in an increasingly racist anti-white America a viciously white racist America where her daughter will be discriminated against get to discriminate against PoCs.
Faux-conservative cuck Rod Dreher unfurls his true colors.
These thugs have been threatening store employees and owners with violence — for expecting customers to abide by public health guidelines that are no more than an inconvenience, and that lessen the chance that a deadly virus will infect them and/or spread through them.
Idiots. Selfish idiots. They are given the opportunity to ease back into normal life, by shopping, but they’re not going to do the minimum necessary to help the community be safer. So now business owners and other shoppers are going to be more at risk from the virus, because Rights. Man, that ticks me off. Selfish creeps.
If I had Rod Dreher here in front of me I’d be happy to beat the living snot out of him (I’ve met him; I could do it) for being a classic Useful Idiot.
Joey Fingers should also be forced to answer questions about Lucy Flores and Amy Lappos and D.J. Hill and Caitlyn Caruso and Ally Coll and Sofie Karasek and Vail Kohnert-Yount.
And of course Tara Reade.

The Washington Post makes a couple of easy “demands” — that Joe Biden actually answer whether he raped a woman instead of letting his female surrogates spin on his behalf, and that he open up his records for examination.
It isn’t easy.

Talking points circulated by the Biden Campaign asking supporters to cite a New York Timesinvestigation into sexual assault accuser Tara Reade “inaccurately suggest” that the Timesconcluded the 1993 incident never happened.
You have to be quite a liar to be a Democrat and have the NYT call you a liar.
‘I Don’t Think There Is Anyone Left Who Will Vote For Him’: Howard Stern Says Of Trump, Adds He’s ‘All In’ For Biden Evidently Biden has a lock on the degenerate vote.
It’s clear that nothing is more tempting for the New York Times than a juicy story portraying Donald Trump as corrupt or mad with power. That view was reinforced on Wednesday, when a report claimed that Rick Bright, the former top vaccine expert at the Department of Health and Human Services, was fired for opposing the use of hydroxychloroquine. The story crumbled quickly.
