MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle Says ‘Truth Matters,’ Lies Four Minutes Later

18th June 2025

Newsbusters.

MSNBC’s 11th Hour host, Stephanie Ruhle, kicked off Monday night’s show by saying, “So please remember, the truth matters, but only if you hear it, so let’s get started covering the truth.” A great quote from the leftist propaganda machine that was MSNBC. The joke wrote itself in this instance, because four minutes later Ruhle and her guests spewed biased rhetoric on President Trump and the entire Republican Party.

In a conversation with David Rucker of The Bulwark, Ruhle claimed she didn’t want to call the political violence normalized, and then in the same sentence called it far more prominent and prevalent? Leading to this exchange:

Crimes of the Century

17th June 2025

New York magazine, a Voice of the Crust.

On April 4, the Palestinian poet Mosab Abu Toha posted a video of an obliterated urban landscape. Suddenly, there are bombs: Smoke erupts from the base of the buildings, and two large objects are ejected from the rooftops into the sky. Arms and legs seem to undulate in the air — they appear to be human bodies — before they crash down onto the pyre. “This is scary more than ever,” Abu Toha wrote on Instagram. “In the air strikes, two people flew even above the clouds of death.” In the background, the girl videotaping is crying as she holds the phone. She knows that those two people, perhaps briefly alive in the sky, have died, that Israel is bombing an already annihilated place, and that eventually those bombs may come for them all.

Fembot ‘journalism’: Lead with a tear-jerking anecdote, and then use that as ‘proof’ of your broad political agenda.

That there are no longer words to capture the horrors taking place in the Gaza Strip has long been said and felt, but then a video like Abu Toha’s appears, clarifying how extreme and otherworldly this catastrophe has become. In the 1980s, the American philosopher Edith Wyschogrod recognized that the Holocaust and Hiroshima and other crises in which huge numbers of people had died required a new language. In her 1985 book, Spirit in Ashes, she called them “death events.” These, she wrote, could be large-scale bombing campaigns, forced famines, or deportations. Most important, these manmade events were collective global experiences and involved the shared knowledge that people have made the extinction of mankind possible. In some cases, these events gave rise to something she called the “death world,” which had the “imagined conditions of death, conferring upon their inhabitants the status of the living dead.” Wyschogrod had the Nazi camps in mind; today, the death world we know is Gaza.

The ‘horrors taking place in theGaza strip’ is entirely self-generated, by Gaza Muslims supporting Hamas in its terror campaigns and reaping the whirlwind of their own actions.  In truth, the ‘death world we know’ is the ongoing Muslim terror campaign against Jews and other ‘unbelievers’ that has been in progress since the seventh century.

Duluth Man Indicted for Threatening Two U.S. Senators and their Families

17th June 2025

Read it.

According to U.S. Attorney Hertzberg, the charges, and other information presented in court: On January 9, 2025, Forney twice called the office of Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz and left voicemails in which he threatened sexual violence against Senator Cruz and the senator’s family. The following day, Forney called the office of Nebraska U.S. Senator Deb Fischer and left a voicemail in which he threatened sexual violence against Senator Fischer as well.

Republicans threatened, the Narratiev Media yawns. Democrats threatened, the Narrative Media goes apeshit.

Explaining the Rules of the Political Blame Game

16th June 2025

Read it.

I am seeing a lot of confusion today about how the Political Violence Blame Game works. As a Professional Internet Zoologist, allow me to help educate you.

The 72 hour rule is still in effect for the Minnesota shooting, but with the facts available so far it’s not looking good for The Narrative. But from what I’ve seen this morning that sure isn’t holding liberal internet morons back from screaming about how “right wingers” have “legitimized political violence”, like violence is such a common right wing cultural thing, while the left are just out there showing kindness.

That’s a great theory, as long as you ignore lefties:

-shooting republican congressmen at a baseball game,

-trying to murder a Supreme Court Justice,

-trying to firebomb a democrat governor,

-shooting Israeli embassy employees,

-assassinating a health insurance CEO (and then the left glorifying that guy into a rock star sex symbol),

-setting Tesla stores on fire and screwing with random people’s cars in general,

-firebombing Jewish senior citizens,

-torching RNC HQs (ironically, googling this one to refresh my memory turned up a bunch of these that I’d not even heard of!).

-“globalizing the intifada”,

-beating up a republican senator,

-shooting a democrat mayor,

-running a republican legislator off the road because they’re upset about healthcare,

-attempting to stab a republican congressional candidate,

-swatting EVERYBODY, up to and including the FBI director(!),

-holding a few HUNDRED riots, with uncountable of acts of violence, arson, and looting. This one lumps in all the fun fire bombings, car flippings, bike lock beatings, and wacky political violence the left has turned into an art form.

-and not one, but two, assassination attempts on Donald Trump.

What’s funny is that listing some of those, I’m reminded it’s amazing how fast they dropped out of the news cycle. Some of these just barely happened, were incredibly violent, yet poof, 24 hours later they’re never mentioned again. You know if a racist white dude hit a bunch of elderly holocaust survivors with a Molotov cocktail that would be the biggest news story of the year and we’d never hear the end of it.

Endangered NPR Never Stops Ripping Conservatives

15th June 2025

Read it.

NPR CEO Katherine Maher has repeatedly claimed, in the face of avalanches of evidence, that she has never witnessed any bias at NPR. That’s beyond ridiculous. You can find it, day after day, hour on the hour. This week’s Los Angeles rioting provided plenty of exhibits.

On the June 11 “Morning Edition,” Los Angeles-based co-host A Martinez told listeners, “We want to get a sense of how the community around Los Angeles is feeling about the decision to mobilize the military against civilians.” Notice how there’s no mention here of responding to violence or unrest by “civilians.”

The NPR host turned to Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano, and these two Latino journalists engaged in a riotous defense of the protests against immigration enforcement. Arellano began by claiming, “People feel like Trump doesn’t see them as Americans, that he sees us as prisoners, basically.”

BBC Arabic Apologises for Claiming Jews Spit on Christians in ‘Holiday Ritual’

15th June 2025

The Telegraph (UK).

The BBC has been forced to apologise following claims by its Arabic service that Jews spit on Christians in a “holiday ritual”.

Claims were made in a video released by the corporation alongside an article titled “Sukkot: Spitting and Assault on Christians and Harassment of Muslims on the Jewish Holiday”.

In the video, released in October 2023, a caption claimed observant Jews celebrated their religious holiday, Sukkot, in Israel by spitting on Christians.

After the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis (Camera) complained to the corporation, it was quickly corrected to say: “Some observant Jews consider spitting on Christians a holiday ritual.”

However, it took 19 months for a formal response to be issued.

MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace, a Liberal Democrat in Denial

12th June 2025

Read it.

Nicolle Wallace is one of the original “MSNBC Republicans,” a former adviser to George W. Bush and John McCain who quickly swapped sides to become one of the more popular Democratic Party-line tap dancers on her show “Deadline White House.”

Her reflexive leftist take on the Los Angeles riots was a “uniquely alarming moment”—not the riots, but President Donald Trump‘s response to the riots. It wasn’t a response so much as it was “theater.” She claimed former President Barack Obama was more effective at deporting illegal immigrants—like Democrats do.

Naturally, former CNN media reporters Oliver Darcy and Jon Passantino define her as a “defining voice of the resistance” with “clear eyes and keen political insight.” Translation: She’s reliably, bitterly anti-Trump.

WHERE’S DONIE? CNN’s Emmy-Nominated ‘Extremism’ Reporter Goes Missing Amid Outburst of Left-Wing Violence

12th June 2025

Read it.

Donie O’Sullivan is a senior correspondent for CNN who purports to be an expert on political “extremism” in America. The esteemed journalist earned an Emmy nomination for his three-part series, MisinfoNation: Extreme America, in which he traveled “around the country meeting far-right extremists with a long history of hate.” For some reason, O’Sullivan has been remarkably uninterested in covering the ongoing outburst of left-wing violence in this country.

My, what a surprise.

Over the past three weeks, two Israeli embassy officials were gunned down by a radical leftist shouting “Free Palestine,” more than a dozen peaceful protesters (including a Holocaust survivor) were injured in a makeshift flamethrower attack carried out by an illegal immigrant who said he wanted to “kill all Zionist people,” and violent hooligans in Los Angeles have rioted in support of illegal immigration by looting stores, setting fire to cars, and hurling bricks at police officers. In New York City on Wednesday, illegal immigration supporters chanted, “From Mexico to Gaza, globalize the intifada.”

During that time, O’Sullivan produced just one lousy segment for CNN. Three days after the firebomb attack in Boulder, Colo., he traveled to Denver (less than an hour away) to cover the defamation trial of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell. He appeared on the failing network several times last week to discuss the public feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Yet observers have taken note of O’Sullivan’s glaring absence as left-wing extremists wreaked havoc in Los Angeles. Perhaps in an effort to provide proof of life, the journalist logged onto his X account and reposted his colleague Brian Stelter’s absurd comments about how the “unrest” in Los Angeles was being blown out of proportion by “fake content” from “unvetted social media accounts.”

Google’s AI Can’t Say Exactly How Much NPR/PBS Get in Taxpayer Dollars—Because NPR/PBS Won’t

11th June 2025

Newsbusters.

Google may be NPR and PBS’s partners in crime, but even the tech giant’s AI chatbot Gemini can’t run cover for the leftist outlets’ taxpayer-funded shell game.

On Friday, Gemini gave inconsistent information in response to MRC Free Speech America’s questions about how much taxpayer dollars, both federal and state, NPR receives. Is it one, four or 10 percent of NPR’s total budget? Gemini claimed it is all of the above. Apparently, NPR’s funding is a multiple-choice mystery.

“The amount NPR and PBS receive in taxpayer dollars is as closely guarded a secret as Google’s algorithm,” said MRC Free Speech America VP Dan Schneider. “That’s precisely why Google AI Gemini can’t say exactly how much the two leftist outlets receive in taxpayer dollars—because NPR and PBS won’t say.”

Gemini’s conflicting answer was unsurprising, since it nearly exclusively relied on none other than NPR as a source. NPR has never clearly broken down its total taxpayer funding, including money from federal and state governments and member stations, which receive taxpayer dollars through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Los Angeles ABC Affiliate on Riots: ‘People Having Fun Watching Cars Burn’

10th June 2025

Newsbusters.

On Sunday during live coverage of the Los Angeles riots, local ABC affiliate KABC ran footage that did not match what the anchors were describing. Jory Rand went as far as to say the protestors were “having fun watching cars burn,” but would he feel that way if that was his car? Would this have been just another example of the liberal media distracting from the obvious facts?

Los Angeles took a beating earlier this year with the historic wildfires in January but has taken another pounding with the city’s breakout over ICE arrests and deportations. Again, the city and nation turn heads due to the lack of leadership and command to simply protect the people of Los Angeles, ranging from California Governor Gavin Newsom, down to Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

NYT: Hamas Tunnel Under Gazan Hospital ‘One of the War’s Biggest Rorschach Tests’

10th June 2025

Read it.

The New York Times confirmed Sunday that Hamas operated a tunnel beneath the European Gaza Hospital weeks after casting doubt on its existence. Instead of condemning Hamas for using a hospital as a terror base, however, the paper framed the tunnel as a matter of clashing narratives.

“What we saw in that dark and narrow tunnel is one of the war’s biggest Rorschach tests,” Times reporter Patrick Kingsley wrote in a Sunday article after touring the site, calling it “the embodiment of a broader narrative battle between Israelis and Palestinians over how the conflict should be portrayed.”

“To Israelis, the location of an underground passageway highlights Hamas’s abuse of civilians,” the article’s subheading reads. “To Palestinians, Israel’s decision to target it highlights Israel’s own disregard for civilian life.”

The Times last month cast doubt on the tunnel’s existence, quoting the hospital’s director as saying such a tunnel was unlikely. Two weeks later, Muhammad Sinwar—the de facto leader of Hamas and younger brother of slain October 7 mastermind Yahya Sinwar—was killed inside the tunnel, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

While the left-leaning paper confirmed the tunnel’s existence on Sunday, it cited a hospital spokesman lamenting that “Israel should have found other ways to eliminate any wanted commander.”

Paul Krugman Couldn’t Smell ‘Corruption’ If It Rolled Over and Died in Front of Him

9th June 2025

Newsbusters.

The same deranged, former columnist for The New York Times who spent years praising President Joe Biden as the best thing since sliced bread is now trying to sound the alarm on so-called “corruption” within the Trump administration.

Did Krugman forget that the internet he claimed in 2005 wouldn’t really amount to anything still exists? Krugman is literally on record calling Biden in 2024 “the best president of my adult life” just months before CNN anchor Jake Tapper released his book confirming what anyone with eyes knew about the corrupt cabal that covered up the former president’s cognitive decline for years.

But now Krugman is supposedly ready to convince everyone he knows what “corruption” smells like, right? In comparing Republicans to Democrats, Krugman actually had the nerve to put in writing that “[y]ou don’t have to love the Democratic Party to recognize that it does, in fact, expel politicians who engage in egregious corruption.” Talk about writing while under the influence! We say this politely to Paul, with tears in our eyes: Gag us with a spoon!

Tensions Erupt in Congress Over Vote to Condemn Boulder Attack

8th June 2025

Axios, a Voice of the Crust.

What would otherwise be an uncontroversial congressional vote to denounce the Boulder attack is devolving into a contentious partisan feud, Axios has learned.
Why it matters: Language praising ICE and labeling “Free Palestine” an “antisemitic slogan” are sparking fury from some Democrats, who see the provisions as a GOP maneuver to force them into a difficult vote.
  • “It’s sheer politics,” said one senior House Democrat, speaking on the condition of anonymity to offer candid thoughts about a sensitive vote.
  • A second senior House Democrat told Axios: “It’s unfortunate that they’re using a serious antisemitic terrorist attack as a wedge opportunity to divide Democrats. They knew what they were doing adding something like that in there.”
  • “Nice little catch to put Democrats on the board,” vented a third House Democrat.

Why Would an ‘Independent Fact Checker’ Use the Term ‘Gender-Affirming Care’?

8th June 2025

Newsbusters.

One easy test of whether a media outlet is truly “fact-based” is the claims and lingo of transgender advocates. That goes double for “independent fact-checkers.” If you call hormone blockers or amputation surgeries “gender-affirming care,” then you are using the fact-mangling rhetoric of activists, not caring for facts. These types of “care” are clearly denying the actual and factual gender. It’s like using the term “life-saving abortion.”

An Anti-American Propaganda Network Encouraged Violent Protests at Columbia—Then Produced a Documentary Lauding Them

6th June 2025

Read it.

A radical group that helped organize anti-Israel protests at Columbia University is part of the same anti-American propaganda network behind a new documentary on Apple’s streaming platform that portrays those protests in a positive light and glosses over students’ support for Hamas and other terrorist groups.

The Encampments, produced by the nonprofit BreakThrough Media, tracks the Columbia University students who orchestrated anti-Israel protests at the school last April. Apple TV+, which offers the film to rent for $9.99, bills it as an “insider” look into a “historic moment that continues to reverberate across the globe.”

But it may actually serve as a propaganda coup for a sophisticated network of nonprofit groups funded by pro-CCP tech mogul Neville Roy Singham.

Tax Credit Increase Would Exclude Millions of Low-Income Children, Study Finds

6th June 2025

The domestic policy bill passed by the House raises the maximum child tax credit to $2,500. But about a third of children would not receive the full credit because their parents have low wages or lack jobs.

If you have low wages or lack a job, you don’t pay taxes. (Never mind the non-taxable value of public assistance that most such people get.)

NPR CEO’s Comedy Tour Continues: We Are a ‘Centrist….Nonpartisan News Organization’

4th June 2025

Read it.

Give her credit: Chief executive Katherine Maher is not afraid to look ridiculous on her quest to save National Public Radio from the federal chopping block. On Thursday’s edition of the Wall Street Journal’s podcast, hosted by Ryan Knutson and Jessica Mendoza, Maher claimed “we are consistently found to be centrist in reporting….we are a nonpartisan news organization.”

Maher was on to talk about NPR filing a lawsuit, alongside three Colorado-based stations, challenging the Trump administration’s executive order to cut funding for NPR out of the federal budget.

First, Maher falsely labeled Trump’s executive order a violation of the First Amendment.

Katherine Maher: ….And what I mean by that is the executive order very clearly engages in what is called viewpoint discrimination, which is to say that the president has stated that NPR and PBS should not receive federal funding because he disagrees with our programming and our editorial choices, in terms of the story selection that we cover or the way that we cover the news….

But no outlet has a First Amendment right to the public treasury, and Mendoza quoted a Trump spokesperson saying such.

CYA: Harvard Law Review Editors Spin New Narrative About Racial Preferences in Wake of Free Beacon Reports

2nd June 2025

Read it.

A month after the Trump administration began investigating the Harvard Law Review over allegations of race discrimination, the journal published a “factsheet” purporting to set the record straight.

Referencing “recent news reports” that led to the investigation, the factsheet, published May 27, claimed that the Washington Free Beacon had “mischaracterized” the admissions process for student editors, half of whom are selected by a “holistic review committee” that in 2021 made the inclusion of “underrepresented groups” its “first priority.”

That language came from a so-called transition resolution passed by journal editors. The factsheet claimed that such resolutions are “not binding” and proceeded to quote from what it claimed were the current guidelines for editor selection, noting that they “closely follow” the guidance set forth in the Supreme Court’s decision banning affirmative action.

“CPB Awards $1.9 Million to NPR for Editorial Enhancement,” the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) announced in an October 18, 2024 press release, noting that “Funding provides increased oversight to ensure objective, balanced, transparent, fact-based journalism.”

The grant was intended to improve NPR’s “fairness, balance, objectivity” and ensure NPR meets its “obligation to include diverse viewpoints,” CPB explained at the time.

“Specifically, the grant will enable NPR to fill 11 new positions,” including “two content strategy analysts to provide data around the mix of content being produced and its impact,” CPB noted in its announcement.

Basic Physics All at Sea in Sky News Climate Scare Nonsense Story

1st June 2025

Read it.

Possibly one of the dumbest and most scientifically illiterate climate scare stories ever written has been published by the fast-fading UK Sky News. Climate reporter Victoria Seabrook notes that the sea ice on the Arctic “continent” is melting at 12% every decade but she backs it up by publishing a graph clearly showing it has been stable since 2007. She goes on to claim that the Arctic melt will push up sea levels around Britain and fuel worse coastal flooding, seemingly unaware that melting ice in liquid does not raise its level (suggested educational tip, check out ice in a gin and tonic glass). Just for good measure, her silly story throws in the wobbling jet stream and a “shocking” prediction that global temperature could rise by nearly 1°C in just five years.

This story is a classic of its kind – late climate psychosis folderol to back up the collapsing Net Zero fantasy. After decades of relentless mainstream gaslighting, mass audiences are still vaguely concerned that the climate is in some kind of ‘emergency’. Net Zero is retreating around the world, partly because it is increasingly understood that human civilisation cannot abolish the use of hydrocarbons without returning to the dark ages, and partly because nobody is prepared to pay for it when given a choice. But the great climate science con that is the foundation of the collectivist Net Zero lunacy continues, and, if Seabrook’s latest work is an example, it is getting more desperate by the day.

ABC Hypes ‘Rigorous Vetting’ Of Chinese Students That Repeatedly Fails

30th May 2025

Newsbusters.

The Friday editions of ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Today both employed Harvard Professor and former U.S. Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns to attack the Trump administration’s move to “aggressively” curtail student visas to Chinese nationals. As Burns was both networks’ sole expert, much critical information about the administration’s concerns was noticably missing.

On GMA, Selina Wang reported on “a dramatic new escalation that could impact universities across the country. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing the U.S. will work to aggressively revoke visas of Chinese students, including those with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or studying in critical fields.”

She then introduced Burns, “The Trump Administration has already accused Harvard of failing to confront anti-Semitic harassment and claims the school has coordinated with the Chinese Communist Party, allegations Harvard denies. Former ambassador to China, Nicholas Burns, now a Harvard professor, telling us there’s already a rigorous vetting process.”

American Doctors Look to Relocate to Canada to Avoid the Trump Administration

30th May 2025

NPR, the Voice of the Crust.

Earlier this year, as President Donald Trump was beginning to reshape the American government, Michael, an emergency room doctor who was born, raised, and trained in the United States, packed up his family and left the country.

Feminist ‘journalism’: Don’t tell anybody facts; start the story with a single anecdote that illustrates your agenda, then attempt to pretend that it applies everywhere.

Michael now works in a small-town hospital in Canada. KFF Health News and NPR granted him anonymity because of fears he might face reprisal from the Trump administration if he returns to the U.S. He said he feels some guilt that he did not stay to resist the Trump agenda but is assured in his decision to leave. Too much of America has simply grown too comfortable with violence and cruelty, he said.

Oh? Like AntiFa? Like Black Lives Matter? Like pro-Hamas supporters rioting to promote Muslim terrorism and kill the Jews? That violence and cruelty?

“Part of being a physician is being kind to people who are in their weakest place,” Michael said. “And I feel like our country is devolving to really step on people who are weak and vulnerable.”

I see. Refusing to pay for everybody’s health care with money yanked from taxpayers is to ‘step on people who are weak and vulnerable’. Well, this guy will feel right at home as a government health bureaucrat in Canada.

Good riddance, I say.
