The Democratic National Convention really is living up to the “convention” part of the title, in the ancient Aristotelian sense of “convention” (nomos) superseding nature (physis). On the one hand, Democrats talk about families and children and whatnot, but ostentatiously display mobile abortion and vasectomy trucks outside the convention grounds, which are apparently fully booked. Democrats are hostile to nothing so much as human nature.

Now, whenever I hear a leftist say they don’t want to bring children into this evil racist climate-destroying nation, I heartily approve. These are indeed the very people I do not want to reproduce. They are doing humanity and great favor, and likely improving the gene pool, by deciding not to reproduce.

The Biden-Harris administration has deployed a little-known hiring mechanism to staff key divisions of the Department of Justice ahead of the 2024 election, according to documents provided to the Daily Caller News Foundation by Protect the Public’s Trust.

Hundreds of people, primarily lawyers and judges, have been appointed to the Environmental and Natural Resources, Antitrust, and Immigration Review divisions of the DOJ using its “Schedule A” hiring authority since President Joe Biden took office, documents shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation by Protect the Public’s Trust show.

Schedule A hiring does not require appointments to be made on the basis of merit and appointments do not expire at the end of the current president’s term, meaning these bureaucrats will stick around even if former President Donald Trump takes office in 2025, according to the Office of Budget and Management.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., long has used American Indian issues to further her own political goals—from controversially proclaiming herself to be of American Indian ancestry to enhance her academic career to today, when she exploits sensitive American Indian issues as part of her own racially divisive political ploys.

As an example, look no further than Warren’s primary sponsorship of a bill designated as S. 1723. This legislation would “establish a Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United States,” imbue it with wide-ranging subpoena powers, and provide ample opportunities for Warren and other left-leaning politicians to reward ideological allies with plum positions on the panel and its “other necessary advisory committees and subcommittees,” which would control an annual slush fund of $15 million.

Appointees to this commission would be entitled to up to a half-month’s compensation at the six-figure rate of a GS-14 government employee, be reimbursed for potentially extensive travel expenses, and could have government employees detailed to them without it being charged back to their budget.

And on top of that, most of the commissioners’ records and communications would be exempted from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, more commonly known by its acronym of FOIA.

It’s a prime perch from which to abuse power.

Susan Wild, the Democratic Pennsylvania congresswoman in one of the country’s tightest House races, has privately and repeatedly trashed working-class conservative voters in her district as bigots who “drank the Trump Kool-Aid.” But in public, the Pennsylvania Democrat has drastically moderated her positions on hot-button issues as she seeks reelection in her battleground district.

Earlier this year, Wild was caught on a private conference call saying she was “dismayed” that her eastern Pennsylvania district was redrawn in 2022 to include Carbon County, which she lamented had transformed from a “working class blue district” to a “red county.” And on her personal Facebook page this year, Wild smeared a military veteran constituent, suggesting the man was homophobic because he refused to shake her hand at a Memorial Day event. These were not the first times she was caught lamenting new constituents she viewed as backward and uneducated.

Wild has been on the defensive since redistricting changed the complexion of her Lehigh Valley district, adding Carbon County’s overwhelmingly white, lower-income voters to a constituency that also comprises the majority Hispanic city of Allentown. Wild has since been caught in a series of gaffes denigrating her new constituents as backward yokels she needs to “school.”

It is always tempting to think that whatever you are experiencing is new, but almost everything in this world has happened in every conceivable way. One of those is the virtual campaign run by the regime for Kamala Harris. For the last three weeks we have been subjected to the greatest gaslighting campaign since the Soviets discovered cinema or the Nazis took power in Germany. All of the regime elements have been enlisted to promote the inevitability of Kamala Harris and Elmer Fudd. Meanwhile, the only mention of her opponent are imaginary tales about him raging to his subordinates down in his bunker.
Proof that the universe has a sense of humor is the fact that the self-proclaimed right-wing influencers are the ones most caught up in this media operation. It makes sense though, as these are people who live online, always looking for the latest thing so they can rush to the head of the line and proclaim themselves the leaders of it. They see this tidal wave of pro-Harris media and they get swept up in it while trying to front run it.
What we are experiencing is a test of sorts. Can a regime with near total control of the media organs brainwash enough people to elect an imaginary person? That is what is happening. The real Kamala Harris is fading into the background, while a new, virtual Kamala Harris fills every nook and cranny of the information space. Can this virtual candidate jump from cyberspace into reality? Alternatively, is this the bridge too far and what triggers a change in how people view the media?

On Jan. 21, 2017, hundreds of thousands of feminists wearing pink “pussyhats” protested the prior day’s presidential inauguration of Donald Trump by rampaging throughout Washington, D.C. The “Women’s March on Washington,” an extension of the riots and protests that shook the capital on Inauguration Day itself, was not exactly a peaceful affair. Hundreds of anarchists in total were arrested over the multiday period, typically on rioting or vandalism charges. The “pussyhat”-clad feminist rioters thus constituted the first Trump-era manifestation of destructive Democratic shock troops. Call it Democratic Street Thuggery 1.0.

That particularly virulent strain of radical feminism reached a crescendo during the #MeToo societal struggle session of 2017-2018, culminating in the infamous Christine Blasey Ford-led attempt to derail Brett Kavanaugh’s U.S. Supreme Court nomination in Sept. 2018. Arguably the single leading misandrist crusader during that sordid affair, peddling the ludicrous “believe all women” smear from her senatorial dais and casually throwing out five millennia of “innocent until proven guilty” civilizational norms in the process, was none other than dimwitted California Sen. Kamala Harris.

Alas, Joe Biden — or what little remained, even back then, of Joe Biden — was so awestruck by Harris’ vile interrogation of Kavanaugh and her own hilariously unimpressive 2020 presidential campaign that he tapped her to be his running mate. Cackling Kamala’s grand contribution to the Biden campaign was to dutifully launder her own swarthy complexion to “empathize” with left-wing America during our next great struggle session, the antifa-Black Lives Matter “racial reckoning” that followed the May 2020 death of St. George Floyd our Martyr. Such “empathy” included Kamala’s unctuous rhetorical support for the rioters, as well as her posting to social media a link to support bail for those rare BLM rioters who were actually arrested. The antifa-BLM rioters, who caused up to $2 billion in property damage during that infamous Summer of Love, constituted Democratic Street Thuggery 2.0.

Assuming this is correct, the goal of selecting Shapiro is to put Pennsylvania back in play for the Democratic ticket—if not completely out of play for Donald Trump. But, Shapiro’s Jewish heritage and pro-Israel positions are likely to cause a real problem with the far left. Shapiro is one of the only candidates that is outwardly auditioning to be Kamala’s running mate, and sadly, he’s already trying to memory-hole his support of Israel.

In an Aug. 1 decision over redistricting of county commission seats in Galveston, Texas, the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has issued a decision that stops the political misuse of the Voting Rights Act by Democrats and their allies to create voting districts loyal to the Democratic Party instead of protecting the voting rights of minorities. This decision may also affect the political makeup of Congress and state legislatures in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas—the states within the jurisdiction of the 5th Circuit—moving dozens of seats from Democrat to Republican.

In Petteway v. Galveston County, the full appeals court concluded that Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act does not protect or “authorize coalition claims, either expressly or by implication.” Coalition districts are districts in which no single minority group constitutes a majority of the voters. Instead, in those districts, there is a combination of different minority racial, ethnic, or language groups that make up a majority of voters.

The citizen population of Galveston County is 58% white, 22.5% Hispanic, and 12.5% black. Although the black population is concentrated in the center of the county, the Hispanic population is evenly dispersed throughout. The county commission consists of five seats: four elected from specific districts and one elected at-large. Neither the black nor the Hispanic population of Galveston County is large enough and concentrated enough to draw a single commission district in which either group constitutes a majority of the voters in that particular district.

On Thursday’s edition of ABC’s The View, the penultimate for the season, Republican Governor Chris Sununu (NH) sent the liberal ladies into a tailspin by pointing out how the Democratic Party – the self-appointed defenders of democracy – had a very undemocratic method of anointing Vice President Kamala Harris the presumptive nominee.

Staunchly racist and anti-Semitic co-host Sunny Hostin (the descendant of slave owners) tried to argue that Democratic primary voters “voted for Harris too. She was on the ticket.” But she wasn’t. Some say Hillary Clinton lost in 2016 because, during the run-up to the election, she put Donald Trump’s supporters in a basket of deplorables. In response, MAGA masses started self-identifying as deplorables. Clinton electrified her opponent’s base, boosting turnout. Either something changed about the electorate, or maybe Kamala Harris is not learning from her predecessor, because this year, too, the Democrats are running not just on smearing their opponent and his family, but his supporters, too.

Democrats are gearing up to what might just become the most negative campaign in American history. That this election season is going to get ugly was obvious from the first official video released by Kamala Harris after she was anointed head of the Democrat ticket. Flashing images of opposition—Trump, January 6, Vance—Harris narrated the mean girl message to American dissidents: “There are some people who think that we should be a country of chaos, of fear, of hate. But us, we chose something different.”

Maybe attacking Trump feels stale to the Democrat electorate circa 2024, or perhaps his running mate J.D. Vance gave too memorable of a convention speech, because the latter is now finding himself the prime target of lefty vitriol. Among the first salvos directed at him was the social media gossip that his autobiography contains a passage about making out with a couch—which some Democrat voters apparently believed.

As California attorney general, Kamala Harris consistently berated staff members, instructed them to stand and call her “general” when she entered the office, and banned many of them from looking her in the eye, according to the father of one of Harris’s former interns.

The father, Terry McAteer, penned a 2019 op-ed recounting the horror stories from his son Gregory’s short time as a public policy intern in Harris’s attorney general’s office.

“Senator Harris vocally throws around ‘F-bombs’ and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others,” McAteer wrote. “The staff is in complete fear of her and she uses her profanity throughout the day.”

The Democrats have long been frustrated with how the Supreme Court can stifle their political agenda by ruling that some of the things they want to do are actually unconstitutional. As long as they could appoint justices that were more aligned with the Democratic Party’s ideology than with the Constitution of the United States, the Democrats were happy. Now that the Court has a solid majority of constitution-friendly justices, the Democrats are frustrated.

A San Francisco resident who was attacked by an illegal immigrant in 2008 blamed the incident on then-district attorney Kamala Harris’s soft-on-crime policies, scoffing at the vice president’s record as a California prosecutor in an interview with ABC Monday.

In July 2008, Amanda Kiefer was attacked and run down in San Francisco by 20-year-old Alexander Izaguirre, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, leaving her with a fractured skull. Izaguirre was arrested months earlier on drug charges but released thanks to then-district attorney Harris’s Back on Track initiative, a soft-on-crime policy that allowed young nonviolent drug offenders to avoid jail by enrolling in a 12-month community service program.

As the presumptive Democratic nominee, Harris has touted her record as a “tough prosecutor” along the campaign trail, but Kiefer called that message “laughable,” ABC reported.
