The issue is not whether or not HFCS is worse than sugar; the issue is that it’s being dumped in far too many products. As an example, the only items at McDonalds that don’t contain HFCS are the fries, the McNuggets, and diet soda. HFCS gets dumped into the buns because fructose helps the tops turn a nice, even brown color. Eating carbs causes spikes in blood glucose that make you crave more carbs as the spike goes down. Sells more products, but at a cost to your health.

The issue really is that folks buy stuff with all those carbs in them. They don’t have to, they want to. It’s a choice.
I get really tired of all the whiners and their bad choices. From abortions to fructose, I just don’t want to hear it. Pack a lunch or patronize healthy joints. Keep your legs closed or get married. Don’t bother the rest of us with your malfunctions.
