Hot on the heels of the Hong Kong couple who spent $2.2 million on a college consultant (who failed to get their sons into Harvard), here’s the tale of the Chinese woman who bought a $6.5 million apartment at a super luxurious 57th Street condo for when her daughter goes to college in the city. That’ll be sometime in 2029, because her daughter is currently 2-years-old.
