My, what a surprise! Aren’t you surprised? I’m sure surprised.
Dude, you haven’t made it until you have a fatwa out on you. (‘Fatwa’ is Muslim for ‘contract’. The major difference between Islam and the Mafia is that Muslims don’t speak Italian and were doing it first.)
Does anyone think it incongruous that the ‘Religion o’ Peace™’ has a term for putting out a hit on somebody? Of course not!
