Read it.

Nina Rhodes-Hughes, a 78-year-old former television actress, volunteer for Robert F. Kennedy’s presidential campaign, and witness to his 1968 murder, “wants the world to know that, despite what history says, [Sirhan] Sirhan was not the only gunman firing shots when Senator Kennedy was murdered a few feet away from her at a Los Angeles hotel,” CNN reports. According to Rhodes-Hughes, there were two gunmen, Sirhan and another unidentified person.

The whole thing was recorded – the number of shots is well defined. Nobody else in the room saw this mystery gunman nor recorded it on film. Conspiracy level: fail.

RFK’s assassination has always fascinated me. Sirhan was a nobody with no particular reason to shoot Kennedy. He was shuffled off to prison almost immediately and has had little or nothing to say since then. The media tried hard to pin the whole thing on Nixon, but couldn’t make that stick. Given the amount of effort expended on the JKF assassination, you would think they’d be trying to pick Sirhan’s brain. The only time you see anything about this murder is when some publicity-seeker spouts off.
