Authorial Affirmative Action and Distorting the Histograms of Reality

Back when I was a grade schooler, in a few of our classes, we had a ‘propaganda unit’, wherein many of the common techniques of propaganda used historically were detailed and analyzed, perhaps with the intent of inoculating students against them.
Unfortunately, the techniques studies were not the ones actually used most frequently by cultural Marxists—they were really more those of 1950s-1960s Mad Men and WWII propaganda posters. The really dangerous techniques were never described.

Well, I wouldn’t call it a conspiracy, but it’s sledgehammer blatant at times.
A few weeks ago I was reading a science-tainment book. The intro was four pages long:
Women are the only characters in the intro
The eminent and wise scientist is black
They experience smoke from forest fires, that are causing global warming, that is, humans are bad
But wait, it’s really European loggers in Africa doing this
Chimps are extinct, not by natives, who ate them responsibly, but by European global warmers
The chimp talked about is a Bonobo, the ape of choice of homosexuals
And, of course, the intro was only marginally related to the content of the book, which was several episodes of evolution in action.

Really? Gays have their own primate? Who would have guessed?
First they subvert the Sacrosanct Natural Order by their very existence, and now they’ve expropriated their very own ape!
Is there no despicable act to which these heinous creatures will not stoop?!
