UK: Billy Elliot creator protests at ‘homophobic’ decision to scrap his community opera

4th July 2011

Read it.

One of the most tedious aspects of the homosexual-activist movement is their incessant whining. They whine about people being intolerant, when they are one of the most intolerant groups on the planet. They whine about persecution, when they are the petted and pampered mascots of the chattering classes, the fashionable accessories of the establishment, beneficiaries of preferences and plaudits showered upon them by those who thereby pat themselves on the back for their broadmindedness. They whine, whine, whine until one longs to take them by the nose and say, ‘Look, we don’t hate you because you’re homosexual — we hate you because you’re assholes!’

  1. Dennis Nagle Says:

In reading your screed, it seems to be just a lot of whining about how whiney gays are.
Perhaps you should look up “irony”; you’ll find it listed under the letter “I”.

  2. Tim of Angle Says:

Oh, I see – gays can be whiny, but God forbid I should say anything that you don’t approve of. Sort of proves my point about the preferential treatment, doesn’t it? You must have missed it on your way to the dictionary.

  3. Dennis Nagle Says:

Actually, I have no problem with your whining. After all, it’s seems to be what conservatives do best.
However, I do find it curious and amusing that your whining is mostly about the whining of others…
BTW, I don’t think gays should have preferential treatment; however, I DO think they should receive EQUAL treatment, which to date they have not. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

  4. Tim of Angle Says:

My ‘whining’, as you call it, is an aspect of my personality, as you well know, and has nothing to do with my alleged conservatism.

As for gays, whatever treatment they may have been receiving in the past, at present they are pushing for PRIVILEGED treatment, which is ‘equal’ only to those for whom some are more equal than others.

  5. Dennis Nagle Says:

Dare I ask, what “privileged” treatment are they pushing for, specifically? Have you an example on offer?

  6. Tim of Angle Says:

The attempt to shoehorn homosexual relationships into the term ‘marriage’ comes immediately to mind.

What ‘inequalities’ are homosexuals suffering that you are complaining about?
