Eventually, the robots begin to kill us off. We’ve all seen the movie.

I’m not comfortable with the DOD thinking that you can make wars acceptable by having robots waging them. Brings to mind R. E. Lee’s admonition, “It is a good thing that war is so terrible, else we might learn to like it.”

The thing is, that if war starts being waged by robots against robots, then victory comes down to who can produce the most and best robots. In other words, us — if the Democrats don’t destroy us in the meantime.
