Which immediately poses the question: Why do we still have troops in Germany? Do they need protection from the Russians and Poles? Still?

    When recruiters are smooth talking those 17 year olds into signing up, they have to lay out the potential for being assigned to a base that’s in a nice environment. (Present issue exempted) Other than Germany, most overseas locations are real s*** holes. A newscaster visiting his son during the Korean war said, “Mothers, if you son is in Korea, write him a letter. If he’s in Casper, Wyoming, pray for him.” Germany has green trees, mild climate, lots of beer, and girls who don’t smell like camels.
