    Oh I don’t know. I’d consider most politicians to have “defects in character” and they seem to do OK.

    Part of the problem is that those lottery officials keep drawing the wrong 6 numbers. The winner always seems to be some yo-yo with no idea what to do with it. (“I’m gonna buy me a new pickup truck!”) Maybe its all part of a conspiracy to float money to the auto dealers, liquor stores, and trailer parks.
