It’s really to heavy for a tactical knife, and then the steel is wrong for an outdoors type knife. But I like the looks and the price.

Once you see “Made in China”, you can stop reading. They make the crappiest steel in the world. I’m surprised they didn’t use the term “surgical steel”, which also denotes junk. 440 steel comes in several grades, with 440A being the most corrosion resistant, but also with the worst edge holding ability. 440C is decent knife steel, but not the best. 440A (or B) is used in scuba diving knives and very often in the cheap crappy (think “Klingon”) knives that are only good for hanging on the wall. A good quality knife can be used to chop one of these in half. Seriously.
