Mexican Military Stops Migrant Caravan in Its Tracks

A caravan of Central American migrants was stopped in its tracks last week by the Mexican National Guard, which arrested migrants as they crossed the river at the border town of Tecun Uman and hauled them off to a detention center in the nearby city of Tapachula.
Prediction: It won’t last. The cartels make too much off of smuggling people and have too much influence over the Mexican government for this to stick.

I think you miss the point. Everyone (at least the Lefties) made fun of Trump’s wall. Even his supporters had to concede that a single wall was not going to completely stop illegal trafficking.
However, Trump’s Wall is not an object. It is a system. Walls can be breached, but systems are much harder.
Not only is it starting to work, but – as Trump promised – Mexico is PAYING FOR IT.
