Archbishop Jesús Carlos Cabrero Romero of San Luis Potosí in central Mexico is facing a charge filed by a LGBTQ activist for engaging in alleged “hate speech” after the prelate expressed Christian teachings about homosexuality and the sanctity of marriage.
