    Most interesting is that the police didn’t seem to know that was possible until after it happened.

    Being behind the curve is always a bad location, and with technology it can move very quickly.

    Are you tampering with physical evidence if you never touched it, nor came within hundreds of yards of it’s physical location? What merits in the argument that it remains physically unaltered after the alleged tamper?

    It’s like a witchcraft claim from the 1600s. She turned me into a newt. You don’t look like a newt.

    That’s a good point. How do they know she wiped it? They don’t have a ‘before’ state to which to compare it.
