If you shoot things for fun, these are invaluable.

If you get shot at, of course, and shoot back, you rarely get the opportunity to use earmuffs. Not many people appreciate that.

    Bought a set this year at the NRA convention. (Not this exact model.) Really cool! You can hold a conversation at a normal level, but they blank out high intensity noise, like gunfire. They also are Bluetooth and can be used to answer the phone or listen to music. USB recharging (the rechargeable battery is a little extra).

    Now if we could just convince the Congresslugs to quit requiring a $200 tax (with a 9 month delay in processing) for noise suppressors, we could help cut down hearing damage tremendously.
