It is with such scare tactics aimed at Low Information Voters and Stupid People that politicians accrue power and consequent wealth. ‘WE MUST DO SOMETHING!’ is the cry, to which the politician responds, ‘Absolutely! I’ve got just the program here! Pay no attention to the fact that the funds will wind up primarily in the pockets of my friends and political colleagues….’
