Conservative? I think NOT.

I’ve been reading (and hearing) a lot about how ‘conservative’ Justice Kennedy is.
I’d like to remind all and sundry that Justice White is the reason that we now have homosexual ‘marriage’ as a Constitutional right.
He also joined in a majority in 1992 that preserved the killing of unborn children as a Constitutional right.
DO NOT TRY TO TELL ME that Justice Kennedy is ‘conservative’.
‘Libertarian’ I will believe. ‘Conservative’ I will not.
