It’s from Harvard so it HAS to be true, right?
Perhaps exposure brings home the reality that poor people are typically that way for a reason, and the reason isn’t that rich people are rich.

Poor people are poor for essentially the same reason that rich people are rich, i.e., luck. But rich people like to think it’s because of some intrinsic “worthiness” on their part.

Doesn’t matter how hard you work. No influence of self control or moderation. Willingness to risk all and work long hours makes no impact….got it.

All of those things matter not a whit if you don’t have luck.
I know many a hard-working, self-controlled, person who DID risk it all and works long hours but who still isn’t rich.
They must not be Favored of God…
