Don’t you just love that government-provided health care? Don’t you just wish we had a system like that in the U.S.?

Now ask yourself how long they would wait if they had NO coverage, as would be true under the recently-defeated Republican plan.
Given the choice between “long” and “eternity”, I would choose “long”.

They’ve got no coverage right now, because they can’t afford the premiums and deductibles under Obamacare, which you would know if you actually read the real news. If your deductible is so high under your ‘coverage’ that you still can’t afford to go to the doctor, what is such ‘coverage’ worth? Nothing. The recently-withdrawn (not ‘defeated’ — there’s that reality-gap between your ears again) Republican plan wouldn’t have changed that situation appreciably, which is why it was unsupported, and which you would have known if you had ever bothered to read the stuff that you reflexively complain about.
