Brothers Abid, Imran, and Jamal Awan were barred from computer networks at the House of Representatives Thursday, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned.

They were suspended “on suspicion”. But of course your headline already has them convicted and behind bars.
I guess “innocent until proven guilty” only applies to conservatives; liberals and progressives are guilty just by breathing.

Nobody is suspended ‘on suspicion’ unless there is hard evidence. And they were only suspended; the headline doesn’t refer to ‘convicted and behind bars’ except in your fantasies. If you could read, you would know that it refers only to the committee members and their status, not to the people who were ‘suspended’. Literacy seems to be optional on the left.
